The manager refused to provide accommodation and we ended up renting a room somewhere else.

Except the staff at the property , it is in a mess with construction materials everywhere
the property is undergoing renovation and they should wait for the works to complete before accepting the bookings. Elevator is non functional. Entire property smells bad. PLEASE REMOVE IT FROM THE BOOKING.COM list. Will never recommend this property. dirty floors and the bathroom is still worse. stains everywhere. Rusted and non functional taps. torn out and dirty curtains
