around the hotel area there are many restaurants, so it is easy for us to go out to eat
The cleanliness of the room is not good. It's not worth the price I rented and it's not suitable for a family. Single can.

Location is good, easy for food hunting and everything. With many free parking lot, petrol station is nearby and MRT is within 2km distance. No lift but is ok for me coz I didn't bring heavy luggage.
Stayed in Room 101. Weird odor in the pillow. Leaking electric current （can be dangerous and should be fix) in the socket at the side table of my bed, so had to use the socket located at the dresser. Stayed 2 nights and saw a cockroach crawling in the bathroom for 2 nights consecutively, when I returned to the hotel at night, .

Easy access to restaurants. Aircond is cold enough.
Rooms are not same with pictures advertised. Absolutely feel scammed. The rooms are dirty with spider webs, torn wallpaper, dirty and smelly linen. I think Housekeeping did not do their job properly. I think lots of better hotel with the price of this hotel. Unless they make the rooms as per advertised by the pictures. Basically it's shameless to claim this hotel as "boutique hotel". 1 star is more than enough as i feel this hotel are worse than budget hotel with no star.

The staffs are good, very helpful and polite. Keep it up.
Cleanliness of the room need to improve as the toilet bowl very dirty, the cups and the kettle very dirty. Room in ground floor G03 have cockroaches and centipedes. Thanks the staff help to change our room to upstairs but too bad the aircond in room 209 not functioning well. Again changed to room 305, the phone in the walking lane keep ringing and disturbing our rest time. Please improve on it. Thanks

Room so small, no shampoo in the room, need to request from the counter , can you imagine after took off the cloth and realise there is no shampoo and body wash
