Very close to airport. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very kind. They even printed airport tickets for free and made us take away breakfast at 4 am, because out flight was early. Travel tip: taxi to airport is very expensive, so we suggest you walk (20 min). Someone will pick you up while walking because everybody driving there are going to the airport. That way we got a free ride by some nice Moroccan family.

If you want to be close to the airport then this is the perfect hotel for you. The WIFI worked great.

The place wasnt the cleanest. The shower was quite dirty, the towels were also not properly washed. Also the bed sheets were still kinda dirty

It is only 5 minutes from airport, very good location if you arrive late with plane or if you have early flight next day in the morning. Staff is also very friendly, they provided us breakfast early in the morning ( 6 am). Also, hotel is very nice, parking is available.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The airport can be reached by a 15minute walk or taxi. From the city of Fes you can take a taxi or bus 19 to the airport. The local bus 19 itself help you to take personal expretion of local pepoles. The rooms and common areas are like in a three star European hotel, but here the staff is more engaged with the guests and that gives a nice feeling.

Best experience I have ever had with a booking.com host. Very kind, generous, thoughtful. Absolutely loved the place, close to beautiful markets, friendly people, helpful. Also beautiful Riad, good breakfast.

Very friendly receptionist. We had an early flight and after asking if it is possible, he prepaped the included breakfast as a dinner for us. Also printed out our boarding passes, saving us 40 EUR in extra fees. The room was also excellent: little terrace, towels, hair dryer, air conditioning, kettle. What else would you need?

The shower was absolutely shocking. With the sofa bed they don't give you proper blankets or sheets to cover the sofa. Breakfast was shocking as well, this hotels literal only benefit is how close it is to the airport. Not to mention the guy working reception in the night had no idea what he was doing and had to call his colleagues to help him print a boarding pass for me, once he couldn't do it he gave me the phone and had the person on the phone tell me to log onto their work computer and print it out myself.

The internal part of the hotel was quite noisy at night and into the early hours of the morning - the doors to the rooms and walls between the rooms were very thin so we heard a lot of banging around, closing of doors, talking etc into the early hours of the morning which continued to wake us up. Not normally a huge issue, but given we had a very early morning flight it was quite inconvenient.

Location within 15mints walk to the airport. Optionality to have a very early breakfast: ours was at 6am. Presence of security personnel on the ground overnight. Clean facilities and room, very clean towels and bedding sheets. Small balcony with a view on the airport. And most importantly: very kind and helpful man at the reception who greeted us, showed the room, was awake throughout the night guarding the place and made us breakfast.

The water in the shower was not running through fast enough causing accumulation of the water, but if one wasn't letting it run too hard, it was easy to control.

The location is perfect for the airport (a 15 minute walk), especially if you have an early morning flight. The single member of staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to park our vehicle in the secure garage.

This property is either still being built or undergoing renovations and, in our opinion, should not be accepting guests at present. There was no reception (just a guard who saw us in and out), the WiFi wasn’t working and the breakfast that was advertised as par of the price was not available (there were no apparent restaurant/seating area or kitchens). Although the room was clean and comfortable, there were no other facilities in the hotel, which was not the impression we had got from the posting on Booking.com
