Number of beds fit our needs but I do on website was incorrect about beds

Toilet upstairs had difficulty flushing Master bedroom tv had no signal Number of beds incorrect on description … said 1king, 2 queen (only 1 was there), 1 regular and 2 twin (actually was bunk with reg on bottom and twin on top) where was the other twin and queen? Description did NOT SAY CONDO WAS 5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS WITH NO ELEVATOR … 😫 … Entire condo out of date and needed attention

The place was comfy and it was close to other activities. There was a garage to park in.

It was advertised as having wifi/internet and I couldn't connect. I called Vacasa and they said they'd send someone out and never did. Which was terrible because I was trying to work remotely. When I called to complain I was told that the place didn't have internet even though Booking.com said it did and there was the information to access the internet in multiple places in the condo. It was also on the 3rd floor without an elevator, and taking bags up was not super fun.

I didn’t have to sleep outside

The cable. The internet. The coffeemakers. The showers old dated and crusty. The toilet seats are for children. Blinds and curtains were just sitting by window

It is spacious

It’s a really dated apartment. The whole building very dated and is in need of renovation. No internet connection. I reported this with Vacasa customer service. Nothong happened.
