This is a nice, big appartment with amazing viev on sea and sunset. It is sitiated near to free small stone beach without umbrelas. In appartment you find all necessery things to make breakferst or dener. I trully recomended.
In the bathroom after shower all floor is wet.

Great location, guaranteed parking, nice view and overall worth it for the price and space.
Very very not clean! I had to clean everything prior to using, hair around the house when we first came in and you could clearly see it was merely cleaned on surface level.
Also the bathroom is not secure, the boiler started leaking and my husband had reservations everytime he got in the shower. We notified the owner, he shrugged us off simply saying yeah it does that.... Bruh ppl have died in these situations! Not beeing overdramatic but I personally know of such cases.
Elevetor out of order, so stairs at least 3 times a day become a nighmare in this heat.

The host was wery pleasant, helpful and speaks good English. The location is nice, quite for family vacation perfect. Beach is relatively close. Walk to promenade takes approx 40 min.
The facility is a bit outdated. Plumbing is very noisy, doors make squitchy noises, beds also. The city of Sarande is not on a clean and tidy side. Litter everywhere. Usual for Albania. Walk pavement from apartment to promenade is very narrow and a bit challenging.

The apartment is clean, big and nice with working AC, TV with Netflix, etc.
Well-equipped markets are nearby the apartment.
A combination of thin walls in the building with bad neighbors drinking all night will give you sleepless nights.
Flamingo and Mango Beach are the closest but expensive (20 euro for sunbeds) and Bistrica Beach is the closest acceptable beach but due to the river flowing in the sea, the water in that area is cold and not suitable for small kids.
The elevator is not working in the building and the apartment is on the 4th floor.
Distance from the apartment to the center of Saranda is about 40 minutes walk.

We liked the apartment, clean, comfortable, spacious with a nice sea view. Great location, close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants.
It would have been great if they would provide basics like sponge, soap for washing dishes, perhaps salt, sugar to cook.

Really nice rooms, well equipped, excellent view from the balcony and right infront of access to a small local stone beach perfect for us to swim. Good responsive host.

Very quiet area of Saranda even though there are plenty markets and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is roomy and comfy. We recommend this apartments to everyone.

The sun set view from the apartment is amazing.
The host is very friendly and helps in case of questions regarding car rental or location details (supermarkets, bus station ect.)

Apartment was big, clean and there was a little quiet beach very close to it. Nice and big balcony with very nice sea view and amazing sunsets. Shop accros the street, bus stop very close. Equipped kitchen, washing machine. Overall very good stay.
I was missing something to clean the dishes. There was literally nothing, also in such a kitchen I would normally expect basic cooking ingredients as salt and pepper, oil... The curtain in the shower is totally useless, the water is just coming out of the shower. The towels smelled rancid.

The owner met us and put us in, there is no address plate on the house. The location was perfect for me, quiet area, close to beaches, shop across the street, bus stop a minute away. The center is 45 minutes on foot. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea and the city, sunset
at night, approximately 2 a.m. a garbage collector arrives. Noisy work, light signal and sound alarm

Size of apartment is very good, furniture is in good condition. There are sea view and street view from the same balcony.
On top of that, I have option to use garage.
