location and staff
food was pathetic. hot water only in tap and not in wash basin. No recreational facilities in the resort. the swimming pool is also very small.

pool facility was good , breakfast spread was good
the room air conditioning was not working , it seems they have removed the heating option from the unit .. my 3 year old was cold overnight and was awake from 4am ,

It is an excellent resort with great amenities. Good for families.
Came with kids and they thoroughly enjoyed being here.
The staff, hotel manger, General manager were very hospitable. Always available to do whatever needed.
The rooms were very comfortable. Met the chef who prepared awesome food which was so good that the children loved it.
Always recommend this place for families with kids.

Rooms could have been bigger in size along with balcony view but they were still okay

Good location and greenery with full of trees.
No dental kit, soaps and not worth the price. Very highly priced, not worth it as it doesn’t have anything else other than beds to sleep and trees around.
