La maison est d'environ 2300 pieds carrés au niveau du sol, une vieille maison à trois étages en Floride qui possède toutes les commodités modernes que vous souhaitez pendant votre séjour.
Le patio extérieur, la piscine et le foyer et le jacuzzi chauffé sont fantastiques. BBQ inclus. Tous donnant sur le canal Sandpiper. Quai privé, kayak, pêche et pêche au crabe sont possibles. La piscine est une piscine de jeux.

The property was not up to the VRBO standards that we encounter every year. There were numerous issues that required repairs and the cleanliness and lack of linens was unacceptable. Clearly the property lacks the maintenance required in order to provide the guests with a pleasant experience.

Since we were driving such a far way I reached out to the property owner after hurricane Idalia and asked her about the property that I had rented if it was ok and she told me the house was “good to go”. Come to find out after arriving that the house had flooded with the hurricane. The furniture is not what is in the vrbo pictures and the brown leather chairs had flood water lines a foot up. We did not stay and were refunded our entire payment.

We had a great long weekend at the sanctuary, grateful for the time together as family. The kids loved the pool and feeding the fishes - great time by all and already looking forward to our return

This place has it all. Location, water, and relaxation. The house is unique and very quaint. The kitchen is humongous and has two microwaves, two ovens, and is very spacious. The pool was very relaxing and entertaining for the kids. The address listing says it is on a drive, but really is on a road. There were more insects in the home than expected and I am originally from Florida, so I understand about Florida bugs. The downstairs spare bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It is very uncomfortable. Other than these two things. This place was fantastic. I would definitely recommend renting.

This was probably one of the best Vrbo listings we have stayed in. The house was beautiful and they had everything we needed. Things we didnt even think about needing to bring they had. The best part of the experience other than the location and all the amenities, was the communication with the host Ashleigh. She was absolutely amazing and kept in great contact. She is top notch. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We spent most of our time by the pool and it was heaven. Huge area and pleanty of seating! The living room furniture is new I think, bc the reclining sofas are not pictured in the listing. They are so nice and comfy. Love the little town it was so peaceful. Perfect place to get away and just relax and rest.

The property was great! It was perfectly located where it was a small paradise, very peaceful, quiet, family friendly. It was also close enough to all of the amenities in town. It enabled us to visit my aging parents while entertaining my young nieces and nephews. We will definitely use this property again. Thanks!

The house was overall pretty good. Pictures were deceiving about the pool. It was a bummer it wasn’t heated, so we were not able to use it all week. The other disappointment was the little dock and canal to fish was very hard to catch any fish. That was a disappointment to our teenagers .
But overall was nice house, has plenty of room for 5 of us.

Very nice, well maintained home. Great location for activities up and down the gulf coast. Situated on a canal, the morning views are incredible. We even saw an American Bald Eagle!

A group of childhood friends, all in our 60's now, we had a great stay. Plenty of room, huge kitchen, great areas to sit and reminisce, as well as, places to go and meet friendly "locals" to hang out with and get to know. Overall, a five-star vacation!

This VRBO was accommodating, it was big enough for 8 adults with a very large kitchen. However it is very old with old appliances and chairs, the big microwave was out of order, and the chairs in the kitchen were very uncomfortable to sit in especially the bar chairs. there is three bathrooms however there is only two showers, this can be a bother when every one has to get ready. the pool is much smaller than they photo shop it, it is more deck space than pool. the kayak's were a nice addition. We utilized the bikes but had to pump up all the tires with a hand pump that was very cumbersome, and we had to repair one of the fenders. these should all be taken care of prior to renting as I was on vacation not house maintenance. there is no extra blankets and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. if you are looking for a really nice newer house this is not your VRBO

The home was very comfortable. The pool deck overlooking the water was very inviting and made being outside a delight! The location is accessible to all shopping and groceries. The home is within walking distance of some great beach restaurants. The only improvements would be to add lounge chairs at the pool and hair dryers in each bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

We love, love, loved the house. My grandkids loved the pool & fishing from the dock. Sitting out by the pool at night was great. We live & work local, but wanted to get away for the weekend. Definitely would & want to stay again.

We stayed at the property over Labor Day weekend. When we first arrived I was completely impressed with the property. The listing Faroese not do it justice! It was immaculate. The decor was absolutely adorable! It was just myself and my husband, but this home would be perfect for a girl’s weekend or a couples getaway. The location was great! Walkable to some cute dive bar style restaurants and 5 mins from shopping and larger chain restaurants. The pool was great! Relaxing. And the kayaks were a lovely perk. We went kayaking at sunset and it was beautiful! Overall this was definitely a 5 star stay. Be master bed was comfy, kitchen had anything we needed. And living area was great for rainy days. We are already wanting to plan a trip back soon!

Overall pleasant experience! The setup of the pool is wonderful! Only thing I would improve would be more TVs/channels for kids, and there was some ants in the kitchen. Definitely look up this house if we come back to this area again!!

Absolutely perfect.
Quick meet up with old high school friends. The whole experience was wonderful. I have rented several VRBOs through the years and a special Thank you for having a few essentials on hand for us! (Paper products, garbage bags, etc.) Just wish we had stayed longer.🙂

Great space for extended family
Great space for 3 generations to visit family. The main bedroom had a private on suite for grandma & grandpa. The pool was clean and just the right size to keep cool. Fishing off the dock was a challenge for our teenager. Mediterranean Nachos from the Sunset grill are amazing. Overall, we had a great stay.

Overall, we made the best of our stay but would definitely not rent to this property again.

Summer Fun
The property is very spacious . It is close to local restaurants and shops . We utilized the bikes and took a nice bike ride .
The white microwave in the kitchen trips the AC that cools the upstairs bedroom and the bedroom off the pool , there is a newer microwave on the counter ,so use that one . Pool and patio were very relaxing and a great area to enjoy time with family and friends . I would recommend this property .

This home is a bit dated but it was overall very nice and very clean. The pool was clean and organized we also liked that the kitchen was organized and labeled. The location is very nice and quiet. Multiple times we saw dolphins jumping and playing in the canal behind the home. It is missing some outlet covers and had zero trash cans. Other than that it was great!

This house was amazing. We usually stay on the Orlando/Kissimmee area but this year we decided for a different area and boy did we LOVE it!! The neighborhood was amazing and the bicycles that were provided were a huge hit with the kids. (10y/o & 12y/o) Everyday my kids would go down on the dock and play/feed the little fish in the canal. We also got to see 5-6 tarpon fish (I think) which was pretty awesome! There is a Dollar General - 2 minutes down the road and 2 restaurants/bars that were always packed.
Like with every house there are things that you would like changed but there was only a few things and we dealt with them so the issues weren't that bad.
1) Tons of light switches but after a day or two you get to know what lights they go to.
2) Bedroom that has a door that leads to the pool - my parents said the bed made loud noises every time you moved and that the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine taking off.
3) The "kids" room upstairs was muggy even with the downstairs cool. I just took the box fan - placed it on the stairs so the cool air would be sucked up. The kids didn't complain about it but I think they were so exhausted from swimming in the pool all day :D
We will totally be coming back to this house next year!

We enjoyed hanging out in the big kitchen. there were six of us in plenty of room When we had an issue with the microwave the owner took care of it right away.. We wish there were curtains on the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedroom was a little loud with the furnace when it kicked on, but otherwise everything was nice.
