Reception staff not cooperative or welling to help except one gentleman who tried to help after the dissatisfaction I showed and explained.
No and not available was the common ward between the staff in spite the hotel was empty, and no pressure or lot of customers were there!

The breakfast needs to be improved, the pastries n croissants didn’t taste fresh at all..( but good thing they served freshly cooked eggs though) the furniture has gone a bit worn out because of overused
