Jean Paul, the French owner, was most friendly and very efficient in organising our rooms. We arranged two separate rooms from him. The location is perfect on Dongtan Beach, and near the many restaurants and bars. The building has a very large and nice pool. For more reasonably priced accommodation in Jean Paul’s rooms in View Talay 5C is an ideal place to stay.

While one of our two rooms had a good ceiling fan the other room we booked from same owner did not with a poor quality floor fan which was not very effective to use instead of the air conditioner. Both of the rooms did have air conditioners.

On arrival we were greeted by the owner and he explained the layout and procedures. He was handy at all times if we had a problem which we did not. The condo is a lovely size for 2 people with all that you could require to stay there for a long period. The view from the patio was amazing and this is what we enjoyed every day. The unit is positioned in the central part of Jomtien and very handy to shops for supplies and transport on the local bus or by taxi for longer journeys. There are many meal options very handy within walking range. The beach is very close if you would like a swim and also a walk along the beach is a must. We have been here before but this room was the better one for us. Thank you Jean Paul for such a lovely Condo to be able to enjoy.

Absolutely nothing.

The apartment is superbly located close to the beach on one side and close enough to the shops and bars the other side (though far enough away as to be peaceful). The host , Jean Paul is extremely friendly and relaxed which contributes to an enormously relaxing holiday. Pool superb, though in the shade in the afternoon. Room very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Totally satisfied with this Condo. Great beach front location, 150 meters to Don Tarn beach, excellent host and property. I will definitely book here again when I travel to Jomtein Beach.
