Grand canapé sectionnel confortable dans le salon avec une grande baie vitrée. Cuisine spacieuse. Dort facilement 6 adultes, plus nous fournissons des matelas pneumatiques et des coussins d'air pour dormir des personnes supplémentaires ou des enfants dans la grande salle familiale. Près de la rivière Casinos Laughlin et du lac. Patio avec télévision extérieure et barbecue à gaz. Lyft court, Uber ou Taxi à Laughlin. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back for a third! The home is big and comfortable...makes you feel like you are home! Great host!

Good location in regards to Rotary Park, grocery store, Starbucks, and a really good mexican restaurant. Very spacious. Comfortable bedrooms opposite end of living room/kitchen. We were not in the unit much for a 3 night stay, but it was comfortable and quiet. We did run out of hot water when 2 people showered/ran baths at the same time. Good stay and wonderful host. May want to update towels and bedding in the future, and add a small bedside lamp, and a hair dryer for both bathrooms. Would stay again!

Family & Friends had a Very Comfortable stay. Any Concerns found were immediately addressed by John to our Satisfaction. Boat parking on property is a plus, We have stayed in many properties along the River, we will be Returning here on our next River get away.

This home is so much more than expected. Kitchen is well-stocked and big enough to cook in but also enjoy the company of others staying with you. The home is clean, comfortably furnished with so many amenities. Bedrooms are spacious. Master bath was gorgeous. Air conditioning worked wonderful especially since it was over 120 degrees. We will be staying here from now on.

The house was perfect overall. Very clean, great area, plenty of room for everyone. The large carpeted living room was great offor our little kiddos to play with their toys in while we relaxed after a long day on the water.

The property was fantastic. The house was exactly the size that we needed the pictures on the VRBO website actually didn’t do it justice, it was better than expected. The house had everything that we needed and more. It was a wonderful stay would definitely recommend or stay there again.

Our stay at this location was great. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping, 15 minutes from katherines landing. It is a boat friendly property. We had two 20' boats and trucks, which stacked one behind the other easily in the driveway. There was additional parking on the gravel in front of the house for cars. very clean, instructions were simple to follow, and the house was upgraded nicely. I will definitely stay at this house next time if available.

This house has everything you need and is super beautiful, but pics don’t do Justice. Unfortunately our last night a storm came through and wiped out all the power so sleeping was rough but other than that night it was a wonderful stay

House was extremely clean well put together excellent neighborhood. Driveway large enough to back a 23 foot aluminium boat up in. We have never been to Bullhead but already looking at dates to return. Our main goal was to fish lake Mohave but weather wasn't the greatest.

The place worked out well for us. It is close to a large variety of stores and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. John was a great host.

Loved the convenience of the auto lights and shades. At night, hit goodnight and all the doors lock, lights turn off and lights to hallway turn on to navigate to bed. Only complaint was the grill outside wasn't getting cleaned by others. Left to make salad and the came back to grease flames coming out of the top. Chicken was charred beyond recognition. Thank you for a lovely relaxing home to stay.

Spacious living room
This home was the perfect vacation stay. The owner has put care and upgrades into the home. Our favorite part was the huge couch in the family room! We all fit comfortably and could spend time watching tv together or go outside to bbq. Easy and quick drive to katherines landing. Will be back for sure!

The house was very nice and clean. It was very family friendly, includes games for kids, music that plays throughout the house, a nice patio with a fire pit, grill and tv outside. The lakes and stores are all walking distance. There was enough room for everyone. We had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a good vacation house

My family and I stayed at at John's property for several days. The house was perfect for us. It was just as described. Everyone had their own king beds which was awesome and were comfortable. The house was nice and clean (other than some stains on carpet) but otherwise, very clean. The house had all the essentials, dish shop, laundry, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Even had extra batteries! We loved how open the floor plan was. John was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was accommodating. Overall, it was a great place and would definitely recommend.
