We needed a place for our extended family to stay while in town for the weekend for a wedding, and this worked out perfectly for us!

Only complaint is that the grill was listed in the amenities and was totally unusable and should be trashed! Also the deck was so rough we were afraid to even walk on it! The rest of the house was great and we really enjoyed our time!

The area did not seem to be a tourist destination, so I’d imagine people use it as a lay over on road trips. So what would it take to make this price point more worth it for families. First a washer & dryer is a must when you are renting a home. This was my oversight, so completely my fault, washer & dryer is always standard so I didn’t read that part closely. But after a long day of driving going to 3 different laundromats to find a decent one open & spending 2 hours there, was not how I imagined spending my evening at the house. It has 1 bathroom to share for 3 bedrooms… which is fine for kids. But the house was not setup for kids. TVs in room did not have a streaming setup.. (should be Disney). my suggestion would be, do away w/ the single bed room & make it into a bunk bed room with a gaming system & a few games & books. Also needed drapes to darken bedrooms it was bright. The other “living room”downstairs had nothing in it but a few couches, this could be a teen & kids hangout room. With a small table w/ crayons maybe a foosball table. These things would make up for the master bathroom being so teeny & the house having no a/c. Lastly a small swingset w/ slide & small barbecue would make this house a great pit stop on summer road-trips for families. Without these changes I’d say the house is clean, fine, & Access was easy, if price was lowered by $100 a night & a list of decent nearby laundromats & restaurants were left in the booklet than I’d consider staying again.

My friends and I rented this house to be our base of operations for Origins Game Fair. It was perfect for our needs. We returned from the convention each night to make dinner and play games until bed. It’s not close enough to the convention center if you don’t have a car, but we had vehicles so it was ideal.

Communication with owner was good. As we opened the door we were greeted with a very strong mold like odor, but assume the house may have had previous issues with this as there seems to have been some remodeling and work done by owner. We did find a grill with a soda bottle full of cigarette butts and a portion of feces on the grill. May have been left from previous guest as a stupid joke(who knows). I did mention to the owner and his response was the grill wasn’t listed as apart of the amenities however it was and still not the response I expected. Then when we were getting ready to go to our beds we did not have bedding for the sofa beds and was told we would have to wait until morning for them. Which meant we had to figure it out on our own as we had 3 members sleeping on them. I did express frustration with owner about this and he never responded back to me at that point. They also had to bring more towels as we only had enough for 12 people and arrived with 15 which was listed when I booked for the 2 nights. The location of the home seemed very centralized for the activities we came to Columbus to see and do. Great city and lots of things to do.

We loved location and stay but property manager was a jerk.

We came into town for a family wedding and this place worked out great for us.

Our group consisted of 6 adults & 4 young kiddos. 2 day spring break vaca, we spent most of our time outside of the house, we went to Legoland & the Zoo. We made dinner the 1st night we stayed, the kitchen is fully stocked, the 2nd night we had dinner reservations. We never had a problem during our stay but when I had questions, before our stay, the host always responded immediately. The neighborhood looked nice & was very quiet during our stay. Very close to alot of stores which is nice in case you forget something or want to shop. The beds were comfy, bedrooms were stocked with towels, bathroom was stocked with washcloths & shower essentials. Very satisfied with our stay & would definitely stay again!! Thank you Jordan!!

Our group stayed for a weekend at this property. We had 16 people in our group and made most of our meals from home. We travelled into the community for several experiences. The home was clean, nicely decorated and large enough to accommodate our needs. The host was easy to communicate with and the neighborhood was peaceful and centrally located. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough place settings for our large group. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking here again next year!!

For a short trip, and the purpose of just needing a place to sleep in. It was a very convenient stay.

This was a nice rental for our family (6 adults) Christmas gathering. It is a spacious house in a quiet neighborhood with stores nearby. The stairway to the upstairs is lacking hand railing which gave each of us an unsafe feeling (unless you scoot down or crawled up) as we had to use the stairs to get to the bedrooms. If looking for a spacious, basically furnished home for a great price, this is it! Jordan, the property manager responded quickly to all messages.

Easy check-in. Great location, close to stores and shopping. 4 bedrooms (6 comfortable beds) great for couples, kids and families. 2-1/2 baths. Lots of space (incl. a family room and living room both w/2 couches to sleep 4 more), deck and even a fenced yard for kids and pets. Host responds quickly.

The house was plenty big for our group of 8 adults. Worked for our group of all men, but lacked a lot of the simple home charm. Does have many kitchen necessities, but lacked hand towels, a working can opener and only had one hot pad. Check-in and check-out was very easy, but it was obvious that there was a dog there before us who had done some damage to front door and frame. Not a big deal, but noticeable.

We enjoyed our stay, the house had plenty of room and amenities for our 3 day 2 night stay in Columbus. I would definitely recommend it for the price and size of the home.

They don’t provide sheets or blankets for those sleeping on couches. When we arrived the place smelled like gas. The owner didn’t provide a phone number. We messaged him and didn’t get a reply for 5+ hours. We ended up calling the fire department. Otherwise the place was fine. We ask that they update their bed information and provide a contact number for emergencies.

If you're in the area to work and just need a place to sleep, maybe you need a place to film low budget porn, or just want to check out a generally economically depressed area... then this place is for you. My crew stayed there 3 weeks over two months since January. The second time there I realized that the mediocre job cleaning the place is apparently the norm...the pictures are misleading, no washer/ dryer, grill does not work, most of the couches are stained and nasty ( don't look at them under a blacklist!)... disappointed. The owner is slow to get back in touch regarding issues and has an "I don't care attitude"...our construction company won't be using this spot for future out of town jobs in the Columbus area again.

Having access to our own kitchen, as well as a washer/ dryer saved us a lot of time and money. The proximity to Rt. 71 was another major convenience. We were downtown in 15 minutes, even with rush hour traffic. It was such a positive experience that we have booked an additional week in March to complete our final week of work on this job.
