SOUNDFRONT Rodanthe - Chemin de croix d'honneur. Les amateurs de sports nautiques et de vent prennent note! Cette belle maison a une promenade privée qui vous mène à votre propre plage privée de front de sable de sable et de lancement. Choisissez parmi 4 chambres confortables et chaleureusement décorées. Une chambre principale queen donne accès à la terrasse soundfront avec vue sur le son et salle de bain privée avec double vasque. Une deuxième chambre queen et une chambre avec un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés ont chacune une vue sur le son et partagent un bain commun qui est également où vous trouverez le linge. La chambre du roi au niveau supérieur a une entrée privée dans la salle de bain semi-privée et un accès à la terrasse avec vue sur l'océan. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre télévision. Deux niveaux de ponts offrent une vue imprenable sur le son et le pont orienté à l’est offre également une vue sur l’océan! Profitez d'un bain relaxant dans le bain à remous sur le pont à mi-niveau tout en regardant le soleil se coucher sur le son. La terrasse du niveau supérieur offre un porche avec écran offrant de beaux plats parfaits pour le café du matin. La grande salle est élégamment décorée dans des couleurs vives et sourdes de la mer, en parfaite coordination avec la vue sur l’eau bleue qui pénètre dans la pièce par toutes les fenêtres. Détendez-vous devant la télévision avec lecteur DVD et une sélection de films ou discutez tranquillement pendant que le dîner est préparé dans la cuisine à proximité. Toutes les commodités sont fournies dans la cuisine spacieuse. Le coin repas et le bar pour le petit-déjeuner peuvent accueillir des groupes. The property is at a perfect location. The sound on one side and the ocean within walking distance. The house itself was not very clean and is need of some repairs. The front of the bathroom vanity was falling off. The bathroom vanity countertops looked like a bad diy gone wrong. The screen porch was in bad disrepair with sections of screen flapping and make shift door fasteners. When we arrived late their were no sheets on the beds (website said they were provided). The company was very nice though and gave us free towels to compensate. We had a great time and loved the location the house just needs a little TLC.

The house had a nice layout and accommodated our family nicely. We do wish it provided more bath towels for guests. Additionally, we recommend the owners provide beach towels and chairs. The dryer didn’t work great either and it could be that the vent below wasn’t cleaned out.

The house itself is adorable and well taken care of but unfortunately there is a huge bridge that cuts off the view of the horizon being built.....and not only is the bridge a tremendous eye sore the noise from it being built goes on ALL DAY! The description writes of wonderful sound side views but it’s not true the bridge blocks your view of the horizon. You literally can’t see the sun going into the water at sunset because the bridge sets right at the level. The noise is literally so loud the house shakes from the construction. The construction goes on from Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.....I was so disappointed as the description did not mention anything except a “connecting jug handle” as if it was some small thing off in the distance. We spent a lot of money and literally had to figure out ways to avoid being at the house all day! Otherwise the noise literally gave me a headache....again there was no description even remotely close in the write up when we rented the house....nor did we receive an update to give us any expectation of this. We came to the beach to get away from the craziness of 2020 .....instead we rented a house with more craziness. I’m very disappointed in the rental company for not at least informing us to expect some (A LOT) of disruption. I will not rent this house again because of this experience nor would I encourage any one I know to do so.

This house is a perfect combination of access to the calm Sound waters and the active beach of the Atlantic. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Ample space for comfort and great views. We thoroughly enjoyed being together and relaxing after a stressful spring.
