Beautiful ocean views! Room for seven adults to sit comfortably in the living room. Central location. Walk to ocean edge hiking. Fully equipped kitchen. A wonderful time had by all!

The house was beautiful and had a well stocked kitchen. We cooked at home and enjoyed the views most of our days in Cambria. The walk to the beach was lovely and the proximity to the trails was pretty awesome....there were plenty of beautiful walks taken.

Home was very nice overall, the view of the beach was wonderful, got to see whales pop up, so amazing! Cozy home, few things were broken and some updates needed but nothing that ruined our stay. The kitchen was absolutely great, large and had everything to make meals and nicely updated. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is spacious and located within easy walking distance to Fiscalini Ranch. The comfortable living room and well-appointed kitchen look out onto the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious, with the Master Suite offering a walk-in closet, bathtub, and sitting area. The Master bath opens conveniently onto the deck with the hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a day of driving. Great house for a family.

The highlight of this experience was how wonderful the Breen staff was. The reason we were coming to Cambria was to participate in The Castle to Coast Run. When the original date in January was canceled (days away due to weather) I was expecting the worst. The staff contacted the owners and made all the arrangements to switch our weekend. It was nice that someone still cares about the customer! The home was super clean and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect girls get away, running weekend home! Let’s not forget about the ocean view! It was lovely!

I think the owners have recently updated the property with new flooring and paint, which doesn’t show in the pictures. Very pretty inside with a beautiful view of the ocean and TONS of deer in the neighborhood!

Small things that would be nice: ice cube tray filled with ice for guest arrival, clock in kitchen and others turned to the right time, eliminate the traditional key to get in/lock for a combination lock to save guests from picking up/dropping keys downtown.

Great house, king bed in master bedroom needs to be replaced though. Was very saggy especially on the left side and we didn't sleep very well because of it.

Overall, had a wonderful time. The location is stunning, house is spacious, beds were comfortable. Great fit for our group. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the check-in process was so cumbersome and antiquated. It was a bit strange to have book through VRBO, but then be forced to visit an in-person office twice to get access to the house (once after-hours to get the keys, then once again the next day to sign a paper(!) contract). We also were only given one set of keys, and when we accidentally locked ourselves out, had to go back to the office to get a second pair. This was impractical for a group of 3 couples and a bit frustrating. I'd recommend switching/upgrading to (a) a lockbox outside the home for the keys and (b) a digital process for check-in and contract signing.

Six adults stay at this home, and we attended a wine tour in Paso Robles on Saturday, just 35 minutes away. Friday night 805 brewery tour and dinner. Lots of games, fun and very reasonable for the price.

My family and I rented Cambria Escape for a family wedding at Swallow Creek Ranch. It was a beautiful property, very clean, looks like it was just remodeled. My only concern was the sofa's we a bit warn/old, it was hard to get up after sitting. The windows in the living room didn't have blinds so when the sun set it was hard to watch TV. The hot tub was a bonus that my husband loved for his bad back. Overall my family enjoyed the location close to the beach and the quite neighborhood. If you have elderly family or ones with back knees or back the main floor is on the 2nd level with about 20 stairs from the garage. Garage level has a full bath with 2 bedrooms.

We rented the Cambria Escape for 5 nights/6 days. We had the best time. The house was well maintained, comfortable and located close to Fiscallini Preserve, the beach, Cambria shopping area and fairly close to Moonstone Beach. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The management company was easy to deal with and very responsive. We have already discussed re-renting the same house again next year. Thank you Breen Vacation for allowing us to have a senational Sister's trip.

Only thought is it might be time for the owners to invest in new couches. While the couch is comfortable, the cushions do not stay in place and it is possible to fall off the couch.

We rented this home to attend our son's wedding at Camp Ocean Pines. The home is one mile from that venue, very convenient. There is a lovely beach park that's an 8 minute walk away. The home is clean, comfortable, and Breen staff are helpful & kind. We appreciated the bottle of wine. I agree with another comment that the stairs may be a barrier for those with mobility issues. It was fine for us, though. Great place!

Very nice location. The house has a lot of outdoor seating areas which are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. We could not get the fireplace to light and one sink was somewhat plugged but it wasn't really a significant negative because there are so many available. I would definitely rent this place again.

We love Cambria, it is our happy place. We have been renting beach houses here for 20 years. This was by far the nicest house we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and restful. You are close to town but not to close. The house is clean and well stocked. We love having our morning coffee and evening wine and cheese on the front deck looking at the view. We enjoyed watching the stars from the hit tub every night. We will be back!!!
