The host is very friendly, room is clean, comfortable, good location. There is 7-11 , massage shop and laundry service under the building. Right in Nimman area. They got all you need for your stay

very modern, clean kept up well with lots of space and amenities
the windows could open. not very safe feature for my toddler. I had to rig up the windows so they would open. my toddler figured out the lock. very unsafe. should be locked without being able to unlock and open. we stayed on the 8th floor

The hallway is a bit dark and somehow scary to me.

Altho it is small, but it is well equipped with everything esp the kitchen (plate, cup, knife, oven etc). Comfy room with plenty of arts. Sofa bed is very comfortable.

great location with great value. The host is really responsive and offer daily cleaning. The host owns a laundry shop downstairs and many different restaurants and cafes nearby.

Nice and well-equipped apartment at the Nimman street

The room makes you feel like home. Once your booking is confirmed, Khun Ae will call greeting you. The location is perfect, the room is quite, nice and homey. There’s a laundry shop downstairs. 7/11 is upfront while Tesco is next door. There are lots of good restaurant in this area from street food to high end. If you wanted a nice breakfast, Smoothies Blue is only 100 meter away. Macdonald and Subway also very close by. If you are a burger fan, Beast Burger is at Soi 17. It’s very yummy. If you are a beer lovers, Beer Lab is 100meters away too. So convenience. Less than 20 mins walk to Maya Shopping Mall

Ae is an incredible host. She is friendly and helpful right from booking all the way to check out. I stayed for a few weeks. She is very accommodating and very quick to respond. The place is extremely clean. Better than any place I’ve stayed in this area and I used to live in this area. The apartment is is very nice and comfortable which makes me feel at home. Location is very convenient, near shops and public transport. You can walk everywhere from the apartment.
I plan on definitely coming again in the near future! I cannot rave enough about my fantastic stay. I recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful city.
