Die gesamte Inneneinrichtung ist wunderschön, top modern und sehr trendy. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat in jedem Fall das Maximum aus der Wohnung herausgeholt.

Außenherum ist es nicht überall gleich sauber und ordentlich, da verschiedene Eigentümer.

Apartment was in a lovely location and right beside the pool. It was very safe

The bottles for shower gel and shampoo were placed very high in bathroom. Also we had to have the shower in our hands to wash ourselves otherwise water sprayed everywhere.

Nice quiet appt with good facilities. The pool and grounds were nice and quiet, apart from ground work! It is safe, and an easy walk to the beach.

The collection of keys was hard work. The bathroom needs a shower tray. A shower head that is flexible. And a hand rail for safety. Also I was not informed of the ground work being done right on the door step.! The uphill walk was a strain.

Very happy with accommodation, clean and comfortable. Fan rather than Air con but it was sufficient.

Lovely little apartment with everything you need. Located in a gated complex that requires key access. Felt safe. I would recommend this for a couple or solo traveller. Clean, good location 10 minutes from the strip/beach. I will be staying here again.

The bottle if water offered on arrival did not open. The lid is stuck shut. Please replace this for next guest. Would be nice to have cleaning products like a spary for the work surfaces. Floor cleaning liquid. A rack in the shower where you can rest your wet flannel and shower gel etc. The shower head holder would be better if it was flexible so you don't have to hold it while you shower.

Well I suppose it started off badly. I didn't receive any email with instructions on full address and picking up keys. Therefore when we arrived, we went to address listed on Booking.com which was 12 Calle Belgica. This property also had a key box outside but when my husband inserted the code, it didn't work. He then rang listed number and was told it was San Fermin Complex across the road. The front door was open and we spent a long time searching for No. 12 apartment but there was no such No. He rang back to find out it was Apartment No. 158. We went to this apartment and tried the code but it didn't work. He rang back and was given a different Code which worked. We wouldn't have had any of these problems if we had received the Instruction Email and Canary Host did apologise that the email was in their Outbox but really it's not good enough. It was totally their responsibility to ensure we received full instructions on the property. I found it quite distressing at the time as we didn't know what was going on and luckily we didn't arrive very late at night or it would have been much worse.
