Giorgos was very kind and welcomed us late in the evening. He gave us a lot of good advices for the region. During the whole stay, he answered quickly to further questions. The furniture in the apartment is new and very lovely - but watch out for the glass on the stool (sharp edge is unsafe!). Bed and mattress are comfy.
It is only a 2 minute walk to the sea and promenade with restaurants, so the location of the house is perfect: calm and surrounded by olive trees. Kouremenos Beach is a 10 minute walk and also very close.

The Wifi wasn't stable during the stay - but this was not caused by the host, there was a problem outside the property.

Very comfortable, cool, modern and fully equipped! Tea, coffee, washingmachine.. even olive oil and raki.
Did not see the owner but his brother was perfectly nice and helpful.

I liked that it is located in a very quiet place.
The apartment is spacious and has a cozy terrace.
The host was very friendly and gave us all kinds of recommendations for visiting the area.
The apartment looks new, despite this many kitchen utensils were missing such as a wood cutter, bread knife, scissors, kitchen cloth, tweezers etc ...
The bathroom lacked towel hangers.

Everything was Perfect!
The hosts Giorgos & his wife, are very friendly and gave us all the details upon arrival so they made our stay very easy.
I recommend the property for relax and also great and safe place for my little daughter who had plenty space in the yard.
The location, just 2 minutes walk, the restaurants near the property were super, so no need to go to Palaikastro every night.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Giogio's villa. The house is located in a quiet area, literally surrounded by hundreds of olive trees, 200 m from the sea, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Modern, new and clean appartment in a quiet area in the middle of olive trees. There is a nice beach close to the Appartment and one of the most beautiful beaches (Itanos) we saw in crete only about 15 min by car.
