Vergennes a beaucoup de bons restaurants, boutiques et un petit parc pittoresque pour profiter de l'extérieur. Vergennes propose de la musique live dans certains de nos pubs locaux le week-end. Nous sommes à seulement 15 minutes de route de Middlebury, à 35 minutes de Burlington, à quelques heures de route de certaines des meilleures stations de ski telles que Killington, Mad River Glen, Stowe. Nous sommes également à 10-12 minutes du parcours de golf de Basin Harbor.
Nous sommes dans les 15-20 minutes à quelques grands Winery et Breweries comme le cidre de bois, le Lincoln Peak, la brasserie Otter Creek et Drop in Brewing.
Aussi avec dans 35-45 minutes à Shelburn Vineyard, Switchback Brewing, Magic Hat et beaucoup d'autres bons endroits pour manger et boire à.

La maison comprend un plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon tous ensemble. Il dispose d'une cheminée au propane pour profiter des nuits fraîches dans le salon. A l'étage Chambre 1 a un lit queen. Chambre 2 a un lit queen, Chambre 3 a un lit complet. Chambre 4 a deux lits jumeaux. Sous-sol fini supplémentaire est un futon et deux autres lits jumeaux. Aussi dans le sous-sol est une table de ping-pong et TV pour regarder
Notre maison offre une grande cour arrière avec un patio et un foyer avec une grille pour cuisiner. Nous avons également un grand porche qui est idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée.

Welcoming in every way, this well appointed home was just right for our family group. We loved the front and back decks and the beautiful location.

We were in the area for a weekend wedding. This house was perfect for my family. While we didn't spend much time at the house, when we did it was quite comfortable and fully stocked. We would return!

We invited our son and his wife and baby as well as some cousins to stay with us at this large home when we were in Vergennes for a wedding. The house was a perfect place for hanging out and we enjoyed having toys for the kids, ping pong for the adults and teens, and just the space to sit and relax with family. The house was wonderfully supplied. The one complaint I heard from my son and cousin was the non master double beds were too soft. In fact, one couple moved into the twin bedroom as a result. The front porch with the ceiling fan became a favorite place to sit on the hot days. We did have a problem during our stay and our hosts responded immediately. Vergennes is a great small town with nice restaurants and shops.

While it was a quick weekend trip, the welcoming home made it very relaxing. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms for everyone, but also a great patio and front porch to enjoy as well. In the lead up to our stay, Tammie was also very communicative making it stress free. Hope to enjoy again!

We loved our weekend at Tammie’s property.
The house was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. We loved having campfires on the back patio and playing wiffle ball in the large back yard. We also spent a lot of time on the front porch and using the ping pong table. Everyone in our group said the house had all the comforts of home. . All the furniture and beds were so comfy. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for our group to attend a baby shower nearby. Everyone had their own room. The house was immaculate and the host was out snowplowing the drive after a storm so we could get out. They even let a gift for the baby! Will return again in the future.

Our stay was a combination of visiting colleges and catching a little skiing time, and the house was the perfect place to rest in between. Very clean, tons of room, a well-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, and comfortable beds made for relaxing evenings. Highly recommended!

We had nine adult family members staying at the property for a wedding in the area. This property was perfect for us. We enjoyed the fire pit and ping pong while we were there. The beds are very comfortable with mints and water in every bedroom. There are two recliners in the main living space that are so comfortable, you’ll think you are on a cloud. Plenty of information about the property and a very welcoming vibe. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you !

This was a great place to stay with a 2 and 5 year old. The house was well childproofed. There was plenty of room on the porches for people to hang out. The kids really enjoyed the many cars and trucks to play with. AC was clutch with temps in the high 90's

We had such a wonderful time at Tammie’s VRBO. It has the comforts of a home (welcome snacks, lots of towels/blankets, toys for our toddlers, fully stocked kitchen/condiments, fire pit and s’mores makings, etc) while also being a well-designed, modern, and clean rental! The beds were super comfortable too! Tammie was super quick with pre-trip and during trip communications, and so accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. The backyard is beautiful, there’s lots of space to play inside, and it worked so well for our group. I’d definitely recommend it and stay there again! It’s close to the community pool, elementary school playground, and downtown Vergennes. And not too far from Middlebury. Perfect place, thanks for having us!

Lovely Home!
We had a great stay at Tammie's property, a lot of amenities and personal touches that made us feel welcome! Great location for a mixed group of skiers/non-skiers where some folks spent time in Burlington while others skied at the Sugarbush area. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. Tammie was very helpful and thought of everything for our stay. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our large group of teens and adults.

The house was spotless, I had everything one could need. Lots of clean towels, a coffee maker with pods, And a warm fireplace. The little town is very cute with lots of cute little stores and bakeries. About 15 minutes from Middlebury College. Will definitely come back

This is a large suburban-style house on a rural road - convenient location - about a 20-minute walk to the center of this charming town. We especially enjoyed using the outdoor grill and eating on the back patio. And the covered front porch was wonderful for breakfast - even in the drizzling rain. We loved going into town for maple creamies and biking the small roads along the coast and bordered by cow farms around Vergennes.
The house itself is mostly very lovely. The first floor living areas are a little dark and the living room is oddly-shaped. And even though the kitchen is well-stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes you'll need, we had to wash many of the items before using them.
But these are small issues for what was otherwise a very comfortable home and a delightful vacation.

Great Rental

There is lots of parking on the paved driveway. Our only complaint was there is only one full bath and a powder room. The house easily accommodates a crowd, but it would be helpful to have additional bathroom facilities. I would certainly recommend this to others for a relaxing get away in the Champlain Valley.
