good
internet is ok, bed was comfortable and it was relatively clean when we arrived. parking is on the street nearby. supermarkets are close by(superdino, mercadona and fruits/vegetables market). garbage disposal(with recycling possibility) is also close by the apartment, on the street. kitchen is minimally stocked, but we made it work just fine. the apartment has a big fridge and an oven. there are 2 balconies, one being a big terrace. good price/quality ratio.
the windows do not close, but there are shutters and that makes up for it. the walls are thin, and you can hear neighbour's conversations / fights or people on the hallway.

great apartment for even a longer stay, wonderful ocean view
Outstanding apartment with an excellent terrace on top of a modern housing complex - you have a direct and unobstructed view to the ocean and having coffee or a glass of wine there is a joy worth repeating. Overall, the apartment was excellent, well equipped and in a convenient location, 5 minutes walking to El Drago and the restaurants in Icod. It's a great place for remote working!
Icod is located on a steep hill, but we knew that and had no issues with it. Nothing the owner could change, anyway, and you couldn't have a great view without the hill :)

Good, big apartment
The place is big and clean, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good location, where you can always find parking, convenient Mercadona downstairs. Big terrace and additional balcony. Nice, friendly host.
Some stuff are missing, more towels would be nice (hot water ends soon). Kitchen needs more pots, pans and things for cooking. Apartment is big, but not cozy, rooms are very empty. We asked for separated blanket, were provided, but with no sheet (it was never provided in a whole week). Apartment has great potential, but needs more attention for details. I always suggest for hosts to move in to your own apartment with one luggage as you come for vocation and stay for a week, you will see right away what your guests will be missing:).

Great place in the North
We lived there for a month. Thus, if that was a wrong/bad apartment we could openly share here. But it was great! Big, comfortable and cozy terrace plus another balcony from which you can see Teide. There is anything inside you would need (microwave, toaster, juice equipment, etc). We were there during spring beginning so it was quite cold in nights, but there was electric heater in the apartment, thus made our nights more comfortable. Two TVs and Wifi were great, we could work from there. All beds were really comfortable. Kitchen has all that you might need. Friendly neighbors. And the best cleaning lady who helps with the flat (best wishes to Macarena!) who loved our kids a lot (with some treats when she came) and provided new stuff (blankets, towels, etc.) and vacuum cleaner any time we needed. Nearest beach is just few minutes drive by car. Nice beach. And most popular Icod visiting places are reachable by foot easily (even with kids). No problem for parking around the house - free of charge. Plus big grocery store in the same building, as well as another chain just a few minutes away.
