- Starbucks, boutique de cadeaux, bar en bord de piscine
- LIEU: La chambre est au 3ème étage avec une vue fantastique sur la plage, à côté de l'ascenseur d'accès à la plage et de la porte arrière pour faire pression sur le SkyBridge jusqu'à votre voiture.
REMARQUE: juin / juillet nécessite un enregistrement et un départ le samedi.
- Sécurité 24h / 24
- Près des divertissements, du restaurant et du quartier commerçant de Pier Park.
- Plancher bas adapté aux enfants
- Centre de fitness complet et fonctionnel

This condo was one of the best locations that we have ever stayed at on a beach trip. The condo is large and the kids loved the bunk beds. Rick genuinely cares about your stay at his condo and that makes a big difference. The location of the condo within the resort is fantastic. Very quick access to the beach and pools. The amenities in the resort are great! On certain days/times the resort would have activities/performances for the kids at the pool (neon pool party, air spray tattoos, fire breather, tie dye t-shirts). You are also within walking distance of several shopping plazas and restaurants. We did not get in our car one time during the entire stay. We would stay here again and are already planning a trip again next year.

We loved our stay at Ricks place. He comminicates with you very well. He checked on us and gave us tips to make our stay that much better.
The unit was clean and well maintained. The location of the unit is perfect for this place. The beach rental chairs were a plus and made our stay even better.
We will absolutely rent from Rick again.

The unit was quite convenient to the parking garage and we enjoyed all of the pools and beach. Rick was quite the gracious host and very quick to respond when a small issue arose. Would highly recommend Rick and this property.

The condo was very nice and convenient to the exits and beach access. The bathrooms were dirty tho. Mildew on the shower curtain and around the handles. Everything else was very nice.

This unit was super clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Rick was a great host and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Perfect location for walking to local places to eat and getting down to the beach was super quick being on the third floor. Appreciated the time that saved! Would definitely come back!

Rick made our entire rental process so easy. He was readily available with our questions and was very kind and helpful. The condo was immaculate and included everything we needed for our getaway vacation to Panama City. The ocean view was amazing and we has very easy access to the beach. The provided beach chairs were wonderful-used them everyday! Thank you for the wonderful time at Panama City Beach!

This 3rd floor unit at Emerald Beach Resort was perfect for our small family of 3 (2 adults & 16 year old), but could have easily worked for larger family! Rick (owner) was great with communication — before, during and on our way out of PCB. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed to get our Spring Break started. The location of the unit itself within Emerald Beach is our favorite — very little need for elevators with short walk down couple steps to room. Will definitely be staying at this unit again in the future. #SB23

This is a great condo! The location could not be more perfect! Everything from the communication with Rick, the view, and the resort accommodations was top notch! We had no issues! Would definitely recommend this place!

We had the most amazing time during our stay in October. The location of the condo with in the building couldn't have been better, quick access to everything. We loved getting to sit out on the balcony to watch the sunset. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future.

Third floor is the floor to be on at this condo. Plus this room is next to the secret door. Lol. A pro and con is the elevators are right outside the door. It wasn’t too noisey. The only thing wife didn’t approve of is the queen bed. We have a California king. Having the weren’t meant she had to touch me haha. One interesting thing is the master bath tub, it is not for short or old people. It was a very tall leg raise to get in. I think the whole condo is like that. OverAll it was a great time. Spent way too much money at the Starbucks in lobby. Family is ready to come to this same spot next year

The condo is located right on the beach. It was very easy to find and navigate around the property. It is within walking distance to almost everything you need on a vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean.

Amazing views , kitchen well stocked, washer and dryer was very handy. Condo was nicely decorated and has new flooring. The owner was very helpful offering recommendations on restaurants . Any texts that we sent where immediately answered.

Overall experience was great! Property was just as advertised. Location of the condo property was very convenient (within walking distance) to many restaurants and attractions. This 3rd floor condo itself was very convenient to parking, beach access, Skybridge bar, and other amenities. Above all, the experience working with Rick was so good. Rick was very responsive to any questions and/requests and was very interested in making our stay the best!
