We stayed at this home in July and loved the location. It is the perfect spot to have private beach access and a fenced yard for our pup. We loved it so much we booked a second stay there in October. The home is very clean and has everything you need.

We had the best time during our stay! This is a perfect spot for little ones—our kids are 1 and 4 and the beach area was so great for them! It was exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend staying here, many wonderful memories made! The house was well stocked, clean, the host was wonderful too.

We’ve rented this home twice for an end-of-summer family getaway and plan to do so annually! Love that our dog can come too. Great house for family of 4 and love that this part of the lake is not super busy. Owner offers her direct contact information in case you need anything during your stay.

Great house and plenty of room for the kids and dogs and adults . Thankful for the big yard fenced in so dogs can roam. The back porch was so nice even thought it was so hot outside . We will be back, Thank you!

A cute little house overlooking a sandy beach on Lake LBJ. We had a relaxing time! Even on the day that we had rain, there is a nice screened in porch where we could still enjoy the view. The owner was very responsive and attentive to any questions that we had. We didn’t bring our dogs on this trip but it was nice that there is a fenced in yard for the next time.
We enjoyed lunch at Alfredo’s which is located near-by. It was also helpful having an HEB just a few minutes away.
One of our favorite activities was to take a drive around dusk to watch the pretty deer that hang out in the neighborhood.

Our family had an amazing long weekend stay. This is an ideal set up for kids and dogs, and our kids spent the days swimming and playing in the lake while our older couch potato dog watched happily from shore. We had everything we needed to make simple meals, and H‑E‑B is right around the corner (which was convenient as I forgot a few grocery items!). We never tried out the TV, but my kids adored the selection of board games. Tons of clean towels and bedding were provided. We were thrilled to be able to just walk out the back door down to the lake, which made meal times and bathroom breaks easy! Gorgeous sunsets and quiet evenings on the screened porch were a highlight!

This property was perfect for our family. We spent hours on the beach and in the water. Fenced in yard was great for the dog. The screened in porch was lovely for game night and watching wildlife in the morning. We'll be back!

This was the best vacation we had!!! The house had everything we needed and beyond for a comfortable stay… it was home away from home!!! The views from the patio were spectacular for those lazy evenings, where we sat there for long hrs. with our dogs. The house is located in the perfect spot with lake access and the water was so shallow to float in it comfortably along with the dogs!! My kids had a great time enjoying in the lake and lazing around watching movies in the house. I even read a few books given how many books the house offered. The neighbors were very nice to us!! The kitchen had everything for us to cook easy 1 pot items after shopping in heb thats very close to this location. Overall.. great spot to unwind and renergize. This place is on my repeat list!!!

We have stayed at this home multiple times before, and it is always a great stay for our family. The sandy beach extends out into the water and is the best we have found on the Llano! It is perfect for the grandchildren and dogs! The home is very comfortable and the cleanliness of the home is top notch. Cynthia is extremely easy to work with and has always been very responsive to any needs or questions. We highly recommend this rental for a wonderful stay on the Llano!

This was the perfect weekend geataway space for our family! The house was clean and cozy and Cynthia was quick to answer any questions we had. We loved having our own small stretch of beach. The screened patio was fantastic for relaxing in the evening and sitting around the firepit making s'mores after the sun went down rounded out a wonderful time!

Quaint property with peaceful surroundings. Could use a walkway from the house thru the sand as it gets VERY hot. A clean up of the sand like the neighbors would be beneficial. Overall a quiet place that allows dogs!

The house was very cute with a great screened in porch that overlooked the lake. Great sandy beach that was fun to wade in and easily let us launch our Kayaks. My son caught 7 fish off the Kayak. We had really windy weather so we were not able to enjoy the beach as much as we would have. Thanks we would go back!

The area that this property is located in is a Hidden gem. This is a beautiful waterfront property, Lots of open space and was great for fishing. We will definitely be headed back the first chance we get!

This quiet area of the lake was just what we were looking for! Afternoon naps in the screened in porch were great. Some rentals are lightly stocked in kitchen and towels- we had more than what we needed here! H‑E‑B, restaurants and boat rentals were just a short drive away.

The screened porch with a constant gentle breeze and views of the water and mountain was a little piece of heaven. I left my computer and phone inside the house and fell into a wonderfully peaceful sleep listening to nothing but nature on that porch. The house is very comfortable and has all the nice amenities listed. The shower was immediately hot and had great water pressure. There were plenty of towels including beach towels, the kitchen was great, and the living area had nice couches that had recliners... very comfortable to watch a movie. You could easily play games, make family dinners and have a lively time here. This trip, I just wanted some alone time and the serenity offered here was perfect for me. I can't wait to go back.

Our family had a great time during our stay! The highlights for us were our time spent on the beach and in the screened patio area. The kids could have played in the sand forever. It is probably time for a cushion replacement on the outdoor patio furniture, but that didn't take away from our experience at all!

We just returned from spending our family Thanksgiving at Sunset Beach. Everything about the house and location was wonderful. We spent much of our time on the screened in porch admiring the views of the lake, hills and sunsets. We loved walking down to the water with our family dog who really enjoyed swimming in the lake. The house itself was comfortable and fully stocked with anything you might need for your stay. Comfy beds and linens, soft towels and super comfortable couches. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with everything we needed to make our scaled back Thanksgiving feast. We enjoyed the extras like beach towels and chairs and dog bowls for the pup! The small fenced in backyard was appreciated!Check in was a breeze and Cynthia checked in on us via text. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather!

We took a road trip to this awesome cabin to beat cabin fever from CV19 precautions. It was a perfect trip. The house and surrounding property are so unique and perfect for a short getaway. Thanks to the wifi my Kindergartener didn't have to miss school. We loved the private beach and shallow river waters. My kids and dog thoroughly enjoyed swimming, building sand castles, flying kites running in the yard. My husband and I spent every moment possible in the awesome screened-in porch. The weather was beautiful during our stay. Our host reached out to us and made us feel welcome. I was super excited that there was already a crate for my dog there. I could go on and on. We will definitely be back!
