Modern, spacious with views from the front entrance to Pendle Hill. Good dedicated car park space. No smell of dog despite being dog friendly. Large indoor hall and utility room suitable for dogs to sleep, drink, eat etc. Nice welcome basket, bread, milk, tea, coffee etc. Lots of loo paper. Back garden that looked safe for all but smallest dogs.
No cheese grater, cork screw, colander, tea towels. Double room upstairs is not separated by door from downstairs twin room. Double room height is a bit low if you are more than 6 feet tall.

Quiet location, well equipped, clean
Sign posting of cottage from the main road was non existent. Entrance drive had a large hump which scrapped the bottom of the car on entry/exit.

Beautiful location, lovely and quiet and loved being surrounded by the farm land.

Dog friendly, very, very quiet. Beds comfortable. Fantastic welcome pack. Perfect for a couple and two dogs.

Layout of bedrooms would be more suitable for a family due to them being combined and not separate.

Lovely welcome! The best breakfast Hamper we’ve ever had. Great to be on a working farm and being involved with feeding the animals and having a tour around the farm! A massive thank you to Leon for entertaining my 12 year old son. We loved our stay and will definitely be vwck!
