Une maison spacieuse avec deux espaces de vie séparés, idéal pour les adultes et les enfants, niché dans des jardins indigènes sereins. Un bel espace de vie principal éclairé par le soleil est le centre de la maison qui sépare deux zones chambre / salle de bain. Il y a un grand espace de divertissement en plein air avec deux zones aménagées sur les côtés nord et sud de la maison. Cinq à dix minutes en voiture de Shoreham Beach, Pt Leo Beach et Red Hill South. Accès facile aux vignobles et excellent emplacement pour le cyclisme.

Our group of 6 enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space of this house, used as a base for snorkeling around Flinders. We found it well equipped and very comfortable. And we loved all the birds visiting the native garden. We'd highly recommend it to others.

Just the break we were looking for. The house was great, so spacious and homely. Beds were super comfy and the views were amazing. We went to Pt Leo beach almost every day and then had a bbq each night! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location amongst the serenity garden. Was close to all tourist attractions and local IGA supermarket. Had well equipped kitchen perfect for BBQ night and dining in. Beds were cosy and comfortable and all of us enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. Highly recommend for two families.

Highly recommend this property.
Cost wise it was value for money compared to others in the area, 5 bedrooms which can sleep 12.
Great areas that were zoned, two lounge areas, two outdoor seating areas, big kitchen that had everything, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower for those after beach wash downs.
Spotlessly clean.
It had great light with wonderful views, not looking into the neighbours homes.
Greatly homely vibe.
We all agreed we would visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house met all our needs. It is extremely well equipped, plenty of room and clean. It is in a great location, very handy to local attractions and amenities. It is a very tranquil, relaxing home set in a beautiful setting. We would love to stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful few nights at this great property set in a lovely surrounds. The house had absolutely everything we could need including comfortable beds, space and beautiful outdoor spaces. Great location near beaches and local wineries. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay on the Peninsula!

Great comfortable house with plenty of living spaces. Fantastic views from the lounge room and balcony. Also great location for beaches, wineries and other towns nearby. Pier 10 restaurant excellent for dinner only 2 mins drive from property.

Shoreham Summer holidays
Love the layout of the house and the secure compound for the dogs. The kitchen is well set up but could do with some bigger pots. Wifi connection would be great but we had a lovely stay at the house regardless. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again. Being dog friendly is a bonus!

Calm family holiday with nearby surf beach
We really enjoy our stay in Shoreham. As a family with a dog, the ability an ease of this property for mixed age groups and dogs is a huge advantage. A high chair and perhaps some toddler gates would be useful. We would have blocked the rear deck in. We loved the garden view from our bedrooms and the privacy this afforded. We appreciated the swing and separate living areas. The open kitchen dining all works very well. We will be back Thank you Bec
