La propriété est située dans une rue privée loin de l'autoroute principale, donc il n'y a pas de bruit de circulation, chaque quartier sûr et convivial, il y a 4 maisons dans ma rue et j'en possédais deux, j'habite dans la rue d'en face, donc je suis toujours disponible si mon invité a besoin de moi. Il est proche de l'eau à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage.

Vous pouvez prendre un taxi pour vous rendre partout sur l'île, mais ce sera très cher, je vous recommande fortement de louer une voiture pour pouvoir aller où vous voulez et quand vous voulez. Nous avons une entreprise familiale de location de voitures et nous offrons à nos clients jusqu'à 15% de réduction sur les voitures de location. Les clients peuvent également prendre nos voitures à St John sur la péniche de Red Hook pour visiter et explorer les plages et les parcs de St John.

This is second time staying in one of Dexter's properties. They both are very nice properties and we will stay again in the future.

This villa was very clean and well-stocked with comfortable beds, lots of clean linens, and everything you need for a fun stay on St. Thomas. It is a great location that is quiet and out of the way but very convenient to Red Hook and just a short drive to Magen’s Bay, Sapphire Beach, and the ferry to St. John. We can’t wait to come back!

Dexter will feel like your friend from the moment you meet him. He's friendly, reliable and very helpful! The house was very comfortable with working generators when the power would go out. All of the beach amenities you need are provided as well as lots of tourist advice and a rental car. Thank you Dexter and crew!

Unit was great for 4 adults. Kitchen extensively equipped. Unit was also very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels in bathrooms. Nice porch or veranda outside with a view of water. The neighborhood was not great: it was safe, just nothing there , we had to drive to the store or to any restaurants. Short drive to Red Hook where there’s some good restaurants and the ferry to St John Island. Dexter the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. Spacious and nicely decorated. It is also close to everywhere we needed to go. I will highly recommend this home to my friends and family. We did not have any problems but Dexter was ready to assist with any concerns. We will be returning soon.

Dexter was very attentive and so fast to get back with us on any questions we had, he was so nice and friendly! He has the connections to just about everything you would wanna do while visiting the island! Property was very nice and clean, we definitely recommend this property!

Clean and cozy, and the WiFi and A/C are there when you need it. Dexter set us up with SUV rental as well. Seamless and easy the whole 7 day stay.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The condo is as described. The roosters are very loud here but after a couple days we were used to them. Iguanas hanging out in the trees were fun to watch and the balcony was our favorite place to spend time in the mornings and evening. The kitchen could use a few items like a spatula and some bigger non stick pans but we were able to make it work and ate out for most of our meals. There is a grocery store right down the road and Red Hook is a very short drive down the road with some great restaurants.

The property was spot on with photos provided online. Our view of the marina and islands was beautiful. We loved having a host who also rented cars! The property is 5 minutes from amenities including fine restaurants, stellar beaches, Red Hook ferry to St. John's. We found sea turtles while on a day cruise and also at Smith Bay Park/Lindquist Beach. Everything we needed was supplied for snorkeling and beach fun! Our beds were comfy and perhaps the couch not so much, but who wants to sit on the couch when you're in St. Thomas!? Room darkening shades made it easy to sleep in. (You get used to the roosters, they are island-wide.) Come see it for yourself!!

My family of 4 stayed here for a short getaway. The property was very clean and more than met all our needs. It is a short 5 min walk to a small beach down the road or a short drive to several beaches nearby. With beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear provided it made for a wonderful trip.

Great place! Lovely unit and amenities. Would definitely return again. Just slightly difficult to find but the manager will give you the gps coordinates which work perfectly.

Loved the property, just like the pictures on the listing. Everything we needed from kitchen supplies to bathroom towels & beach gear. We had such a lovely stay & would definitely return again!

Dexter and his family were kind and accommodating to any of our needs/requests. The property is well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, the beach, linens, etc. We loved the location, it’s convenient to so much! My 5 year old and I enjoyed afternoon walks to the little beach down the road.. lots of great seashells/treasures to discover. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great...i do however have a few things to point out..not critical but should be fixed...
1. Bath and shower faucet handles loose need to be tightened.
2. Kitchen faucet had very low water pressure.
3. Front right stove top burner didnt work.
4. Bath sink faucets had very low water pressure.
5. Tv in bedroom with double beds did not connect to the internet/cable so it didnt work.
Loved the ac units, a must, could use another one in the main living area. The extra fan was also great and could use another one.
Washer and dryer were pay and should be free.
Kitchen was fully stocked with utensials, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Which was expected.
Hot was was limited and could use another hot water heater. For 3 or 4 taking showers its not enough.
Location was perfect but entrance road could use some repairs, filling potholes.
Overall great stay and would return.

The property is beautiful it's just the neighborhood is a little depressive. But that's how the island is. I would stay at the property again without question. Mr. Dexter is on top of things around the clock. Good service.

Place was just like the listing said. I took the 4 daughters and the accommodations were just what we needed, much better than a hotel. So happy that Dexter had a rental car, it gave us access to go and do whatever and wherever we wanted. I would highly recommend this place!

We truly enjoyed the property. Our host kept very close in touch to assure all went well. He even went out of his way and referred us to a charter boat company; St. Thomas was a beautiful experience. Staying close to Red Hook was excellent, everything was near by.

We’re a family of six. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were very clean and seemed to me like new. The next door neighbor is the man in charge of our place and he was very helpful and super easy to work with.

Wonderful trip! Great rental unit- well managed, clean with fabulous views. Easy drive to Red Hook and ferry to St John's. Grocery store, restaurants, bars nearby. We were able to rent a vehicle from host as well. A beautiful island experience we won't ever forget.

Only issue was not enough hot water for showers. We were surprised at having to pay for laundry within a unit but Dexter was great and the condo was clean, perfect or gathering on veranda and well stocked with all that was needed.

Dexter made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. It started when he also offered the ability to rent a car from him along with renting the condo. The condo was super clean with helpful instructions regarding restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, etc. There were also beach toys, chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, water shoes, etc. Everything was just as it was pictured/advertised. The location was not too far from a popular shopping district, so we did not have to refill the gas tank until the evening before we were leaving.
Dexter was also very accessible and responsive to all the vacation tenants. He even came by to check in with us at one point during our stay. He even gave us instructions on how to most effectively take the car ferry to St. John for a day trip.
I recommend anyone going to St. Thomas to stay at Scott Beach Condo and Villas! Dexter cares about you having a great vacation!

If you will be boarding or returning from a bareboat charter, this property is an ideal place to spend your last night on land, or first night back from your trip. Just 100 yards from the marina entrance! Clean and well appointed, with great views. The road to it isn’t great, but that is the only way to the marina.

We went to St. Thomas to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who works on the island. We were looking for a place that could allow us to cook and accommodate 7 people, including two young children.
This villa was perfect we were able to cook and eat on the large balcony. The villa was exactly as pictured and very well stocked. Dexter responded quickly to all our questions and was always kind and helpful.
The only reason we did not give it a 5 was because being first timers to St.Thomas it was difficult to find the place, a map or precise directions would have been helpful. St. Thomas also doesn't really have sidewalks so if we didn't have a car we wouldn't be able to get anywhere easily.
I would definitely stay again. Like other reviewers we did rent a car from Dexter, it was brought to us at the airport and we were even able to take it to St.John on the ferry. We had a slight problem with the car on St.John and Dexter exchanged it quickly for a new car he sent on the ferry.

This reservation was so seamless. I was in communication with the Dexter on the day of me placing the reservation. The home was very clean and had all the necessary amenities one would need to feel a little bit at home away from home. Will definitely recommend this to everyone and will not be opposed to getting this place again when I visit USVI in the future.

This might be the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Dexter was great and very responsive when one of the air conditioners stopped working... He got it fixed very quickly. There was snorkel gear available for use for free. We even rented a car from Dexter, which was also a good experience. There is a small beach within walking distance which is fun for finding shells, but Magan's Bay and other beaches are a short drive if you want a sandy beach. Also, this place is very convenient to Red Hook where there is shopping, restaurants and the ferry to St. John.

Loved how available Dexter was for us. We had a great full day in STJ and didn’t get to STT to check in until after 7:30pm. He was so gracious and helpful at such a late hour and we got settled in right away without a hitch.
We like this side of town as we are close to the Red Hook Ferry dock, Linquist and Coki Point Beach! The night life in Red Hook area is happening and it’s nice to have a place to stay that’s just 5 minutes away! This place is quite large...especially the wrap around balcony..perfect for laying out our snorkel gear after rinsing to dry.

Dexter’s place was perfect for our needs. We rented an SUV from him, which was super easy- they met and picked us up at the airport. (We didn’t know in St. Thomas they drive on the left side of the road, which took some getting used to, but worked out great given that most everything we wanted to do is within a half hour drive on the island). The condo location was awesome (close to Secret Harbor Beach and Lindquist Beach, down the street from the grocery store- food is very expensive, we cooked a lot , and minutes from Red Hook restaurants and shops). The bed (master bedroom) was so comfortable - we slept like a dream. The balcony was wrap around the condo and great for dinner seating or just hanging out in the evening. Dexter was accessible and helpful for any questions we had. One tip would be to bring quarters for the washer and dryer! We would highly recommend!
