Room service

The ambiance. The relaxing feel of the property.

The many facilities available to just feel at peace.

The resort was beautiful and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. I would definitely come back.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing I had difficulty with was reaching room service and the front desk.

The cleanliness of the place. Staff were very friendly. Check-in and check out were really quick and easy. Shuttle services were great.

The beaches were not the best- rocky areas..limited beaches. Limited night activities. Service in the food halls was a little slow as the hotel charges a high price for the stay but is short on staff. The food was average. We ate at El Dorado, and the steaks were overcooked. We asked for medium rare, and all the steaks came more on the well-done side.

Rooms were big & comfortable, but certainly not luxurious. Very limited cups & glasses. The ones we had were chipped & despite asking for more they were never delivered.

The property, particularly the gardens are very tired & in need of a lot of love & attention.

The staff was very helpful. There were plenty of places to eat. Love the breakfast buffet. There was a sports bar that stayed open late as well. The room was spacious too.

The omelette chef, the steel pan band, massage therapists, the overall architecture is grand, attentive and friendly staff.

The food at the restaurants could be better, some were very bland, the Indian food tasted good but was too spicy to enjoy, ALL the soups came 1 degree away from being cold. I was locked out of my room for some time because the battery on my door died. My friends and I made reservations at restaurants multiple nights and weren't on the list come dinner time. No music playing at the pools during the day.

restaurant difficulties, especially as the hotel filled up before Christmas. we left in the 21/12. the à la cartes were terrible. Had to ask many times on our first night for my sons bed to be made up. finally at 22.30 it happened.

the parking & the checking in process needs work but overall the service was excellent

The property was lovely! Picturesque, clean, and the staff was great! The 1 bedroom suite was so nice. Mini bar stocked every day. Housekeeping on point! The steakhouse restaurant and staff were amazing!

My family and I really looked forward to eating at the seafood restaurant. The experience ruined our night with a terribly long wait for unseasoned food. Poor service and awful ambiance.

The staff was not friendly we didn’t get the room observed we they had to down grade my room because of work on the ocean front side)was not aware) the reception Maria was very nonchalant not friendly at all! The restaurant close too early no bar didn’t know how to make a Bob Marley you had to pay for room service non of the bar tenders was friendly well half the staff had attitudes will not ever be back

The only thing I liked was Negril restaurant and the girl who checked me in.

I didn't get the room I originally booked, and I'm currently waiting on my $100 refund for the difference. They should have the rooms that are being renovated blocked off so no one will be able to book them. It was such a bad experience. Some of the employees act as if they don't want to be there. Why should we have to pay $15 for room service. EVERYTHING closes super early. My husband and I wemt there 9 years ago, and it was a better experience than this time around. I'm NEVER going back.

The food was great .the rooms were beautiful 😍 and the staff was amazing 👏 😍 ❤️.

We had to leave 😪 😔 😢 and go back to reality .
