A wonderful gem of a hotel just on the border of Forte Dei Marmi and Cinquale. Superior room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming with the owners making an effort to speak to all guests. Loved to see Harry the Corgi!! Brilliant breakfast choices. Pool was lovely and we hired bikes to cycle to Viareggio and back.

This family owned Hotel was the best of our trip in Italy, super warm atmosphere, friendly o serviceminded Staff, the dog Harry - a sweet corgie helping out in the reception, a swimmingpool, lovely breakfast, interior design- feels very personal and summer.

pool was nice and had plenty of seating options. food in restaurant for dinner was okay but breakfast was very good. staff were excellent and really helpful to us when were trying to organsie taxis. Room was very clean and as described.

Not the hotels fault but during our stay (22nd/23rd September) the hotel was extremely quite and so were the adjacent beaches. Most restaurants were closed in the evening so the options were very limited. Also because the pool is a little shaded from the sun the water was very very cold. We had gotten the train to Forte Di Marmi and there were no taxis there and when we arranged one via the hotel, they were very expensive (€40 for a ten minute drive)

Clean and comfortable beddings. Close to the beach. Fancy breakfast.

The room is not insulated at all, you can hear everything, I mean everything, in the next room. I couldn’t sleep very well.
