Om milieu te besparen zouden handdoeken niet verwisseld worden als je ze ophing. Gedaan maar toch verwisseld.

Location was convenient for my trip; 10min by tram from Antwerp Central and 3 tramstops from the Havenhuis. Room is simple and clean. Breakfast is simple and sufficient

33 minutes queueing to check in. Noise all night. Housekeeping knocked and immediately tried to enter 3 times in the morning, first time at 8.45am.

La posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff in particolar modo di Sofia e la stanza molto ampia.
Avrei gradito la colazione con più varietà di cibo. Per il resto tutto bene

Das Hotel war sauber und liegt sehr gut. Man ist direkt am Hafen und innerhalb von 20 Minuten Fußweg in der Stadt. Beim Frühstück hab es alles, was man braucht.

Das Frühstück war super, man konnte sich belgische Waffeln selber backen.
Um kurz nach neun aber kein Teig mehr da. Wurde auch nichts nachgelegt .
Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser !!Kenne ich von nirgendwo und wir machen sehr viele Städte Touren.
Nicht mal eine Toilettebürste 🫣.
Und die 25€ Parkgebühren ist echt mehr als unverschämt.
Hätte ich es vorher gelesen hätte ich nicht das Hotel gebucht.

Personeel: heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam
kamer: bij het boeken was er een tweepersoonsbed aangegeven en bevestigd. Bij inchecken bleek dat dit niet beschikbaar was...2 aparte bedden dus: minpunt!
overeenkomstige accommodatie bij boeking en inchecken (zie hierboven
drukte aan het ontbijt: niet iedereen ontbijt om 08 uur...

Everything was OK. Private parking garage, friendly staff, not too far from centrum. Breakfast offered freshly baked waffles, but the waiting line was too long, so we didnt get to try it. Overall good value for money.

1 van de kamers was pas een anderhalf uur na inchecktijd vrij. Daarna nog een kledingstuk onder het zetelbed gevonden van vorige gast.
Babybed was gevraagd en bevestigd, maar niet aanwezig.
Zondagochtend werd 1 van de kamers reeds afgesloten terwijl we nog niet uitgecheckt hadden.
Zaterdagmiddag bij incheck: zeer traag en niemand ter beschikking om drank te serveren. Na vraag moesten we zelf koffie nemen in de ontbijthoek en betalen. Terwijl we dat deden werden we door een andere medewerker berispt dat we geen koffie mochten nemen.

There was plenty to choose for Breakfast, all members of the family more than happy. Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable. All members of staff were excellent. We also liked the hotel location very much. Also good car park at a reasonable rate.
I can't fault my three night stay, it was all a very high quality.

I dont like that I can't claim points as an IHG Silver Elite member, even if Booked through a 3rd party. IhG still gwt their money after all.

This hotel is reasonably priced, with easy access by car. Car parking is provided, at a price. The room was not luxurious, but good enough considering the price. Bathroom was clean. Very good breakfast.
Access to the hotel by car is a bit tricky, On my first visit I had to make a U turn because my GPS gave me the wrong directions.
