close to bus stops, a quiet neighborhood

It's too expensive to charge over 160 euros/night for such a small older apartment. I stayed here for 4 nights, and am not satisfied with the status of the clearness of the bed and kitchen.

The room was nice, the position on the border of "the ring" was good and the relation price-quality was excellent for the life-costs in Leuven. Great the electric heater. Final degree for me (7,3/10)

- The bathroom miss the door, there were only an horrible curtains to divide the main room and the restroom. - The cleaning of the room wasn't of high level - The bed had just 1 small pillow, the sheet was too small and the bed make a lot of noise on each movement. (Pls Change the bed!) - Bad soundproofing of the room.

I liked the location and the environment

The comfort was not lot but good enough to sleep and clean yourself

Location. Concept of Housing.

Poor neatness. Bed Bugs found by us in the apartment. Needed to go to Hospital for Medication against bites. Were changed from apartment. Not a word of apologise, not a compensation for the inconvenience. At leaving, warned for checkout at 10AM, when I had paid for extra check-out at 1PM. Poor Internet Quality. Frequent fails.

Clean, but some things in poor state of repair. Bathroom door would not shut due to damaged fitting.

- There are not enough kitchenwares (no mugs, no spoon to stir the food in the pan, no proper tool to peel off the vegetables, etc.) - Some people apparently live in the condo, and it feels a bit weird (e.g. they smoke in the shared, central courtyard) - The place is *slightly* away from the city, in a rather desolate part of the town (but there are supermarkets nearby) - There are two floors (living and bed) and the first floor is really dark, even in full daylight - The atmosphere of the apartment is very damp - The TV doesn't work when it rains - The WiFi is a bit shaky (but it works)

There were 3 comfortable beds and a skylight that opened.

This place is kind of a dump. We had to find a place for 3 people at the last minute, so we didn't have many choices. I definitely wouldn't stay here if I weren't desperate. Everything is kind of old and not well-kept. I was looking for a lost earring and put my hand into the tight space between the arm and cushion of the sofa. My hand was covered in disgusting who-knows-what. I pulled up a bag of marijuana from between the cushions. There was all kinds of stuff buried in the sofa. It was disgusting. There's almost no light in the kitchen, so it's very hard to see. Also, they wanted to charge 20 Euros to check out after 10am! Most places do not charge anything if the apartment doesn't have to be cleaned right away.

good kitchen facilities - microwave, fridge. Hairdryer. Linen provided. Very clean room. Very powerful shower. Comfy bed. Quiet at night. Staff helpful

Bathroom light very low. No hangers in tye wardrobe. No small knife for chopping in kitchen only a bread knife which was useful but ended up buying a small knife as was staying for a week.
