A very nice place to stay. My single room was a bit larger than expected, with a nice view.
I regret not to have had time to try the swimming pool.

The location is good. Central to shops and bars and restaurants in the town. The pool, sauna, and facilities to relax are very good. The breakfast selection was good.
I could have experienced friendlier service and better value for money. I stayed 10 nights and no-one on the staff offered me any advice or assistance with anything that might make my skiing holiday or visit to Livigno special. On reflection there was not a very warm or welcoming feel and they did not offer any information or advice about Livigno unless prompted by a specific question.

The staff was beyond friendly and detail oriented. Everyone was so nice with kids. The food was exceptional.

Great place, location close to the main street and the bus connections as well. All the restaurants and shops are nearby. Personnel is friendly and happy to help. The hotel is more family-oriented - a game room, pool area for kids. Great breakfast with local pastry!
The bar across the street can be loud in some rooms.
we missed vegetables(cucumber, tomatoes or bell pepper) on the breakfast menu.
