You come to Santorini for the view of Sunset, this is the place to be and away from the crowds. Room very clean and hot tub and balcony provide the perfect place to relax. Staff very helpful.

Special mention to Tanazis & Stella who were so helpful throughout our whole holiday. They helped out with a special birthday surprise and engagement 🎊🎁💍 Can't be more thankful to both of them.

We had one of the honeymoon suites. The views of the caldera were amazing. Stella was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and well kept. The hot tub was not really hot, only warmed by the sun but it was perfect for us. Like anywhere in the Caldera, don’t expect complete privacy.

Everything was amazing! The place was incredible, even better than the pictures. The staff was very friendly, the receptionist warm, welcoming, and always happy to help us and give us recommendations. Also the location was super convenient. There is no place I would rather stay. Totally exceeded my expectations!

The place was amazing and the stuff was very welcoming and friendly, willing to help us with all our needs and questions. Clean place, impressive view, special breakfast, everything you need to have a good time and enjoy your vacation with your partner. The town center was very close, although we enjoyed the piece and quiet of our room and passed most of our time enjoying the sunset view from our room. Definitely recommend and will visit again!

The view of the caldera. Imerovigli is a great place to stay as it is quieter than Fira and Oia.

We booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon. Unfortunately we were so disappointed we left a day early. 😞 We booked and paid a premium for a room with a "private hot tub", which was not private and far from hot, and we had to argue with management about this. We were able to use it 3 times out of 6 days. The breakfast was basic and you could not change it if you wanted to vary your order. We received stale bread on one of the days. The tiles outside are not safe once they are wet and I slipped and fractured my toe. As management were not interested, this was the last straw so we left as soon as we could get on a flight. When I left the keys at the desk the lady did not even acknowledge us. Book this place at your own risk 🤷‍♀️

The most amazing view, quite location, local restaurants, supermarket, and a few bars within 5 minutes walk. South facing rooms so plenty of sunshine. Breakfast served to your room. Staff were very pleasant. We loved it after 3 days in Fira it was nice to relax here. Local bus stop 5 minutes walk. If you going to Oia then you have to walk down the steep hill to the bottom and turn left where you will see the bus stop. If you get the bus from the top of the road you will have to go to the bus station then change busses. You can get around the island by bus and its very cheap compared to taxis.

We had such a great time its hard to find fault, but this is NOT a bad reflection on the property just suggestions. We were in room 105 which was lovely apart from there was no tea/coffee making facilities. The mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. Not a lot of room on your balcony area. It was a lovely room and the shower area was fantastic!

The view was amazing and the location was perfect. Not too many steps to go down and up from the main village square. Customer service was fantastic and the breakfasts served to your room were gorgeous. very friendly and helpful hosts. Kept spotlessly clean throughout out stay. Highly recommended.

1. no cleaning and bet making during my several days of stay. 2. jagzee is not equipped with my room while I expected with the pictures. It was the biggest reason why I chosed the room so disappointed.

View from room patio was ok but not as good as other rooms above or the one we stayed in before. Room was small, double-bed was up against one wall so you had to climb over each other to get in & out. Small seating table crammed in front of closet. Not much privacy since room & patio is in the path of other rooms above. We had to change rooms because the previous one wasn't available for our entire stay. Instead of letting us stay in the first room until the new room was cleaned, the hotel staff made us pack up everything, leave the room at checkout time and wait until new check-in time at end of afternoon to access new room. Very inconvenient. It's as if we had changed hotels. We should have!

This place was amazing! Constantina on reception was the most gracious and all the staff were wonderful. The cave room (the largest of the 7 in the hotel) was fantastic. The views incredible, the room unique and the service superb.

Excellent location at Imerovigli, with great sunset view, a bit of quiet compared to more famous spots which fared well with us. Friendly staff always at hand to provide useful information and help with tour bookings, car rental, dinner reservations etc. Would definitely recommend if looking for a peaceful few days at a great locale.

Good location, if you get the sunset terrace, you have the best view of the caldera at the peak of Imerovigli. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff- very helpful and approachable.
