Really liked everything - the rooms the food the bar the staff etc
The spa was a little bit disappointing.
The staff were lovely until the day we checked out and wanted to leave skis in locker - just felt like they were not that accommodating

Was a lively hotel, great location for slopes and comfortable, decent sized rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Coffee at breakfast could have been better. But was all in all good.

exceptional staff service, in particular the ladies at the front desk Anne-Laure went above and beyond by booking restaurants and helped to organise a special birthday surprise for my girlfriend upon arrival at the hotel.

Excellent selection at breakfast, and on the menu on terrace, great apres ski with dj and musicians
Food in all 3 restaurants was very similar, not really a problem as the hotel was well located for the town which had plenty of bars and restaurants

The room was designed in a strange way with the bathroom being in a different part of the room.

Amazing hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. The ski lounge is nice and you are offered a complimentary hot drink upon your return which is a nice touch.

Great selection for breakfast, food in the bar area was ok compared to some of the other restaurants in the resort

Friendly front of house staff, decor and location.
Service is quite slow but that seems quite normal in the region. If there were any issues, they weren't always handled in the best way. Sauna was broken half the time we were there which we kept reporting.

Great to have ski in, ski out. Good breakfast and restaurant. Cool to have a bar in the ski room but it was never open. Nice areas to hang out. Sauna was so nice at the end of a long day. Mountain view was lovely.
