The accommodation is in the very center of Munich, just few steps from Vitalienmarkt. Breakfast was nice addition to the overnight. Basic German is a must to get along with the personal.

As I was there in winter, the heating wasn't sufficient in the room (old windows, big curtains), so it was tought to get warm during night. Bathroom was very old, though clean.

big room, big bathroom; excellent location; no lobby per se, checkin is through the breakfast room, which is small but decent.

no shower curtain, despite me requesting one; no fixed shower head so you just stand naked on the side while you rinse yourself. no smoke detector, found it inside the wardrobe. no elevators and we were on the 5th floor (which is 4th floor in Germany, they started with floor zero). signs everywhere for No Smoking but the guy beside us smoked the whole time. no insulation in the building so you can hear every conversation next to you and every scrape of furniture

comfort is not enough for the high price ! Breakfast included in the price but the staff can't give anything before 7 AM (and I have to leave Munich at 6 AM).

the dining room is bright and pleasant. staff are friendly and helpful.

the shower/ toilet in my room needs a major overhaul. sink has no drainer, shower head holder was flimsy and decor is drab and dated. my room smelled unpleasantly musty.

the bed. it was fairly comfortable but the masters topper was too small and the one pillow was too soft. also the shower curtain was too short so flooded the floor and there was no kettle/tea.

Location is good!

There is no elevator, rooms are very basic and look dirty. I booked there because I needed a Baby Crib and they didn't provided one.

Very small room with massive old furniture. Weak wi-fi signal in the room. Several sockets were broken and tv not working. No fridge in the room and no conditioner. The bath curtain is very short and expect to have the flood after the shower. Massive smelling wardrobe is too much for a small room. Old furniture is just painted in white. Locatiin is good, easy to get to any spot in the city. Many cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast is nice, served in a small room.

Broken sockets. Aged pickled staffed peppers (had a feeling the jar was open week(s) before and the whole week the served peppers from that jar).
