This time, there was nothing special about my stay. So I have nothing positive to report.
I come here when I work in the area. I usually get a 1 bed apartment, but this time, I got a king room. I'm very disappointed. They said it had a pool view, but as we didn't book directly through the company, we were not a priority. It was as if we were unimportant. Because of this, you do not receive the pool view the pictures show.I have always used booking.com, and I was never made to feel this way in all my past stays here.
The room was in the main building and felt worn. Their attention to detail when cleaning was not there. The toilet continued to make noise all night long.

Quality of meal was poor and not as described on menu. Got this as room service due to restaurant not open on Sunday nights except for room service. Left note on plate but did not get any feedback

swimming pool, room was large and comfortable, bathroom was clean, breakfast was incredible. easy walk to marina where we found an Asian restaurant with good menu.
the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner and while room service was available we felt more sociable. the main pool wasn’t heated so we couldn’t swim.

Nice spa pool
I booked a balcony room with pool view, but was first given a smoked filed room , then a court yard room , l told the staff the room l booked was pool view , and was told booking com shouldn't be selling rooms with pool views. We were to stay 2 nights but left after 1 and went to a better hotel

close to harbour, near a walking path that takes you the pier a 1 km walk. very clean with friendly helpful staff.
restaurant/bar could stay open longer.

Parking situation could be better as you are not guaranteed a spot, which is usually an important factor for me

how the balconies were not private on the lower level. how loud the kids were so early on the pool. mould on shower. stains on carpet.
