Great location , lovely rooms, lots of space nice decor. Good bathrooms
The cleaner needs to be shown how to clean properly! The owner was brilliant when I complained about confetti underneath the chair seats! We had a one year old with us and the confetti was going all over when we sat in the chairs! But surely this should be checked every time someone leaves? Not just for confetti but for food etc! Behind the bathroom door also needed a better clean. As I said the owner was brilliant sending the cleaner back in but I’d already cleaned it up by then but hopefully the cleaner will check more thoroughly now!

great location close to the city walls and Minster, only a short 10 min walk with the option of walking via the river or park
Parking has to be paid via the apartment to the council, although there was no problem with finding a space on the street, the fee for 2 night's stay only covers the period in the apartment 2.30, on arrival to 10am on leaving. we had to pay for additional parking as we arrived a bit early and at the end of the stay as we wanted to do a bit more shopping. The nearest car park is very expensive and had to wait ages for a parking space as it was so busy.

Clean & tidy. Easy to find. Check-in & check-out instructions are clear.
At the check-out, the keys were to be deposited back to the key safe, with the use of passcodes, etc. that means it was done electronically. I wonder if we are 5 to 10 later than 10 am (the required check-out time), would we be charged £100 for Kate check-out!

Location was very good, silent and elegant. It is far away from city centre walking distance. Also there is a market, pizza store and pubs in walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were 4 person family. It was large enough for us. The table and chairs, couch, TV and armchair was in the living room was comfortable and stylish. They put a welcome package for us which contains tea, coffee, chocolate and milk. The baths, fridge and kitchen were so clean. Utensils and mugs, glasses and plates were enough.
The host sent us an email and told that toilet papers are in welcome pack (which is 3 toilet paper and wasn't enough for a family). There was no paper towels. The pan was very old and its use was harmful from a health point of view (I have picture of it, if you like I can share). For a place of this quality, 2 more rolls of toilet paper should not have been a problem.

The pictures on booking.com were not for the apartment we booked which was misleading. The lounge was very much smaller than we were expecting.

The apartment was in a nice area 10 minutes walk to the centre. It was clean and well appointed with lovely little extras including milk, chocolates, coffee etc as a welcome pack. Parking was extra but we were able to park directly outside, which was really handy with cases, especially with an elderly member of the family with us.
The only thing I can think of is the spiral staircase up to the top bedroom was a little tricky with the suitcase but once you're up there is wonderful.

was beautiful apartment and would recommend to everyone excellent facilities and spotless clean. enjoyed every minute from integrated dishwasher down to hairdryer ironing board, just excellent

The apartment is situated on a quiet residential street, we parked outside having already paid for the parking permit. It was up a short flight of stairs. Very clean and well furnished, comfortable beds and kitchen equipment. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk and some extra treats were appreciated. 2 shower rooms with gel and shampoo and good towels.
It is not too far to walk to city centre with the abundance of historical attractions, bars and restaurants.
It was lovely, but we would have liked to be able to turn the radiator in front bedroom down as it was extremely hot. Lighting in the second bedroom was very dull. Would have also liked champagne glasses! but these are minor points which would not affect us returning!

The property is in a good location and was clean and tidy
The sitting room was very small and not like the pictures at all. The bath room was very small too and it took a few times to work out the tap in the bathroom as the basin was very small each time we put the tap on are feet got wet.

The location was great. The property was clean and well equipped for a 2 nights stay, although we didn't need to use the kitchen. The flat is super small in dimensions but the space has been used in a very smart way. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable.
Parking is not included in the price and needs to be paid separately to be able to park on a residents only street, so I wouldn't add it as a perk of the property. The bathroom was a little small.

Well furnished room with comfy bed and lovely shower. Chocolates and coffee were also a welcome bonus! Great location for town and near station.
