Well located. Cheap upgrade was spacious.

Location was fabulous.
Communication from guest services was excellent.
Crockery/cutlery weren't very clean.
From about 7am, the unit - especially the balcony - was full of noise and smells from the cafe.
There was also very little privacy in the balcony.
An awning above the cafe would go a long way in increasing privacy in the balcony,(which is the best part of the unit) and preventing the noise and smells from coming into the unit.

Location, facilities in room very good, views, and comfortable bed.
We were very unhappy with access to unit. The code didnt respond to enter & this code was changed 3 times by phone as reception was closed. In the end a permanent resident in the Towers let us in to our apartment to collect our key. We came across the next couple in the Lift having the same problem. It took us an hour before finally getting in to our apartment.

The location was excellent. The facilities available in the room were just what we needed for our stay. The view from the rooftop pool was awesome
The sofa bed was not that comfortable to sleep on for the kids

CENTRAL LOCATION THE ROOM HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED COMFORTABLE BED. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY .
CONTACTLESS UNMANED RECEPTION, HAD TO CALL TO GAIN ENTRY, THEN USE CODE TO ENTER LIFT, AND ROOM TO ACCESS KEY FOB. WE WERE TIED FROM A LONG DRIVE .?

Security is good, staff friendly close to beach and restaurant and everything else that I needed 😄
Not very hygienic, dirty stained towels and bath maths, show them to cleaner and she said that’s how she got them from cleaning place 🙁

A good central location if you want to walk everywhere. Confortable facilities and nice pool on the rooftop.
Air con in the bedroom as well as the living room would have been good

The motel was in an incredible position. We frequented the pool and the waterfront at the marina and the beach and then repeated. Sparing time for visiting some amazing cafes and restaurants.

The central location was great and our accommodation was very clean and well-appointed.
While the reception staff were friendly and accommodating, it was unusual not have anyone to see face to face to ask questions of.
