The pool and the jacuzzi were nice.
Breakfast was poor and it didnt have a lot of choices (no eggs and no local food). Wifi didn't work and the signal was weak.

for price/quality and the beautiful location, this is the place to stay in Rapolano. So convenient to the Terme/Spa.

We enjoyed our stay at the Molino. We chose ut because it was a strategic place to visit our desired places but it turns out that the village of Rapolano also has thermal baths which we were able to try. The accommodation corresponded to the description, very comfortable with very friendly staff and the swimming pool more than necessary and faithful to the photos!
Autonomous stay. Everything was done by message (not someone at reception all the time) so for those who have questions plan ahead and they are quite responsive!

Short of a table in the room - we had to use the outdoor table if wanting to sit down outside and eat a meal which attracted insects.
Breakfasts were average to poor by Italian standards - cardboard pastries, too much crust versus marmalade in the crostata, unrefrigerated yoghurts.
We registered in advance via the web form and provided passport photos, but still had to fill in a form with the same info when we arrived.

Smell of the nearby creek, however absolutely not an issue if you do not open the balcony door of the room.
