The Name Best Western, that's what I like. And to an extent a solitary single point star for the lady at the reception. She probably was the only person who attempted to make the stay worthwhile, however there were too many flaws.
Too many things to count for....
1) Dark, narrow & shabby hallway. While I was going for my room for the 1st time, I was greeted by house keeping cart & there was not enough room for both of us to cross with my luggage.
2) Old room, Old flooring.
3) Lack of Basic utilities like having a Kettle in the room. Forget the kettle, I had to call housekeeping 3 times to get a spoon & glass. I also received a tantrum that to get these, I need to order room service
4) Broken Shower. It was so bad that water kept on spraying in the entire bathroom. Their house keeping is pathetic, it's like they are advised not to do anything. They didn't even refill the shower gel bottle which to start with was so tiny so 2nd day you need a refill for sure. They will keep back the used bottle which for the matter I had already thrown, and keep it back in the same way like they do for new ones. You will only realize the scam when you go for bath and will be aghast that how can a hotel do this to you.
5) No customer support. When you call them it feels like you are asking for a favour rather than some service. My Laundry was returned to me after I made several calls. No one bothers to call back and you have to keep calling because you understand that your work won't be done if you don't intervene.
6) It's a service apartment and hotel combined with just 2 elevators, you always wait an eternity to go down.
7) Breakfast: okayish nothing worth mentioning.
All in all, I hated it being there and will NEVER come again to this HOTEL.

I like everything from the good service, the facilities good except the sauna are currently under repair. the breakfast is good , and is in a strategic location.
it's rather difficult to find good halal food around it. I happen to be a Muslim.

The staff at the hotel are amazing! Really helpful and kind. They even stored our bags for us when we went to the 1000 islands on our last day. Really great rooms, super comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with lots of variety - very tasty soto ayam.
Not the fault of the hotel, but there's not many places to walk to for dinner in the evening

it was excellent. the room was nice, clean, spacious, and also the facilities are complete.

Helpfulness of staff especially in the breakfast room where everything was explained and they even got bananas when they saw we liked them.
Staff on reception desk were really helpful pointing us in the right direction for sight seeing etc.
The only problem was having to wait quite a while for pool towels

Staff were really nice and friendly, they are the best assets, from security, front desk, waiters, housekeeping to technicians. All TOP
AC was not working very well and warm, technician were really good to handle, kudos for them👍, however I had to request to move room on the second day due to the same AC issue and had much better one after we moved, excellent!
Waiting for more than two hours to have other two rooms ready while AC on the first room we had were warm while waiting. Not sure if the other rooms were occupied before then however, a courtessy calls from staff would be very nice rather than waiting in a warm room without any update.
First room we had requires minor maintenance, and facelift, AC was not working propperly until technician came and fixed, door lock to toilet and shower is broken, floor were unbalance and not really clean.
Other two rooms for our children were very nice as well as the room that we had after we moved. That is excellent.

The gym was well equipped, the Internet was fast and consistent. Free laundry even though I realized it was too late, and the breakfast had different varieties every morning.
The area was inconvenient to travel around unless with Gojek

We had fantastic experience here. They really care about every client, rooms were very clean with breath taking View. 🪟🙂
Breakfast and dinner was in very high level, you can taste Indonesian kitchen.
Administration and hotel manager was very helpful, they helped with car rental services and with all other our question/problems.
This is the place where definitely you want to come back, because you will feel like you are at home. ☺️🏡
FYI in hotel lobby it's possible to sing karaoke 🎤🎤 so go and enjoy it!
