It's a very good location for those who go skiing - it's good that you can leave from the location and return from the slopes directly on skis, the apartment is big, so we are considering returning in the future. ​

A very nice and clean hotel. Appartment was spacious, with a nice terrace on the ground floor. Kitchen is equiped good - with toaster, coffee maker (capsules), water boiler, dishwasher and an oven. You also get a basic set for cleaning - sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing fluid, sponge etc. There are 2 TVs - the one in the living room has an option of using netflix. Parking is in the garage, with hallway almost directly to the ski way ( a few meters), which gets you directly to the middle ski lift. Ski depo is located next to parking garage. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend the hotel and we will be coming back.

The floor in the appartment is fairly cold (except in the bathroom), so i would recommend bringing slippers. The ski depo should have lockers so that it’s more secure. When entering the shower, you need to be careful not to open the door fully as it hits the hangers for the towels and the glass might break. The instruction paper you get upon check-in could include information on where to dispose garbage.

Room was amazing, clean and modern. We enjoyed the ski in-ski out feature. Nice gym, sauna and wellness space, clean and intimate. Hotel is big and it gives you enough privacy.

to big resort with no good significance. had to wait the whole day for baby cot! childrens room need renovation! no wifi or so slow!!

Great location, very quite, nearby ski slopes and ski lifts. Resort has everything you need, including beautiful "kindergarten", outdoor playground for kids, heated pool and nice spa area. Service is very professional and kind. This resort is ideal for families with toddlers. We really enjoyed our stay. P.s. before going to mountain, supply yourself with groceries in the valley. If you visiting Gerlitzen during the winter time, don't forget to bring tire chains!

Great location, clean apartment, great SPA

Location is perfect since it is located 2 min drive from mittlestation so you will avoid all the lines for the gondola.

Last day we were unable to check out at 8am because there is no receptionist before 8.30-9? So if you have booked ski lessons at 8.45am it will be impossible to checkout. I dont't understand the concept behind this. Also, upon arrival and unpacking we discovered sofa bed was not cleaned (how it is possible to leave old bed sheet on, I wonder) so after approaching reception it took them more than 1.5h to address this issue. Only after 2nd attempt this was sorted out. Reception did not seem to be bothered at all.

Nice, large and comfy apartment. Great location, close to the slopes. You can get a reduce from the skitickets. The staff is nice and few of them speaks Hungarian.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. No microwave, no owen, only a few pans. The pool was not safe for little children
