The room was open and ready

It would have been great to have some milk in the fridge for tea or coffee making. After travelling, a cup of tea or coffee is always a high priority, having everything there except milk was annoying.

Thé property was a great size for our family and the views were magnificent! The location was also amazing - not far from central Nelson, but it didn’t feel like it.

The location, cleanliness, amenities

The apartment had the most amazing views. It was decorated to an exceptional standard and also had a lot of personal touches not normally found. I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough. By far the best I stayed in during my trip to NZ.

The location, the space and the outdoor deck! Beautiful view and good facilities.

The sheets weren't clean on the fold out couch so we had to wash and dry them before my Mum could sleep on them so that wasn't great, and it being Christmas time we couldn't get a hold of anyone to bring new ones so lucky there was a washer dryer or she'd have nowhere to sleep. There was also black mould in the shower.

The views where just amazing. The apartment was very roomy and and amenities where perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable.

Stunning view , great locations and friendly host.

The view and size of the place was fantastic. The outside seating was a bonus!

The towels were worn and bedding seemed outdated as was the furniture. Cobwebs galore on outside seating. But other than that it was a great accommodation for us

The location was fantastic, our host were approachable and accommodating, the environment was restful, the accommodation was comfortable and gave off a lovely atmosphere, the panoramic view was amazing.

Unfortunately the stay was marred by the rudeness of the cleaning staff, her attitude was abrupt and aggressive with a total disregard as a representative of her host. I was 10min over my departure time which I think gave her the right to be abusive, her racial slurs were uncalled for, as was the swearing, I was concerned for the small child she had with her, indicating several times to take note and regard of her child, it felt like this was of little consequence. Not a nice way to end our stay.

The view was the best something I never see this before is my fist time . Thank you for this nice place this weekend was my best one. The house was nice and clean thank you Sunday I wish that Friday again I was so happy. The first night I can't sleep that was aswome Louisa and James

great place for a family with children but not so much with adults (bed-wise)

We stayed on the Chart House Main Deck and, as pictured, the views are simply magnificent, looking out to sea over beautiful gardens. We dined on the deck and watched a wonderful sunset. We only had one night as this was a brief Nelson stopover but we would have loved to stay longer. The full kitchen had everything we needed and there was a lovely note from the hosts.
