Sama and the lovely gentleman (who I forgot the name of :( ) were incredible hosts. Always making sure that we had everything we needed. I loved that when we checked in they gave us a list of recommended restaurants and spa's so that we can have a look. Everything was taken care of for us. Would definitely recommend!

We really liked this Riad. Isabelle could not have been a better host and all the staff were very helpful. The roof terrace was amazing and having breakfast there was the best start to a day. Also, the couple of evening meals we had up there were superb. The bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed, well furnished and decorated in a traditional style. The location was excellent, being just a short walk to the heart of the medina, but when back in the riad it felt like an oasis of peace and tranquility. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Elegant in every aspect. A beautifully quiet Riad in the heart of of the Medina. The roof terrace is perfect with a small private pool to cool down from the mid day sun. The Riad has 6 bedrooms so it never feels crowded here which is an added bonus. It’s more akin to staying in someone’s private home.

This Riad felt just like home from home. All the staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. The Riad is owned by Isabelle who was very helpful and welcoming from start to finish along her team.

Detail : plumbing in our bathroom needed some fixing : watertap and shower were a bit leaking and it took very long to get hot water.

The Riad is in a central position. Isabelle and her staff really make you're staying unforgettable. No details are left to chance. The room was spacious and cosy with a huge bath area. The terrace is magnificent with the pool and the Berber tent. Breakfast is fantastic. We had also dinner and it was superb! Unforgettable experience.

Isabelle and her staff could not have done more to make us comfortable in every way. I strongly recommend the collection service from the airport; it was as good as I have experienced and am a very frequent traveler.

Riad Hizad is a 5 minute walk from the markets however you would never know from the tranquility of the place once you enter. Beautifully presented, with a fusion of Moroccan tradition and contemporary design. We had the Garden Suite which offered a balcony with a view of the courtyard garden. Birds singing and sunlight shines through at certain times of the day. We slept with the patio doors open and enjoyed a gentle welcome breeze in the evening. The rooftop terrace and pool is a haven to relax and enjoy a drink and downtime. The hospitality (thank you so much Sama and Isabelle) was first class. Nothing is too much and the recommendations (should you wish) were really helpful.
