Fabulous place, big area so doesn’t feel crowded.
Very good for children.
The food isn’t in same league as the rest of the resorts.
We ate in all of the restaurants and dining room, need a refinement to a better standard.

The location is simply amazing and stunning! A green and natural jewel surrounded by mountains, a scenic lake where you can enjoy a pedal boat activity with ducks company, vineyards and greenery everywhere, 6+ pools, 3 restaurants, bike rental services to explore the resort all around, a magical stunning Chateau for wine testing and with beautiful wine cellars. Entertainment at night.
A note of merit for the only kind people we found in entire resort: the young blond boy at the Italian restaurant: BRAVO!! And the young girl that supported us for the wine testing: professional and helpful.
The staff is not helpful nor kind. Every-time that you ask normal question it seams that you are disturbing them and they are pissed-off all the time. Starting from questions about activities before our arrival, check in, questions for activity booking during our stay, the normal cleaning service, questions on meals during dinner time (english is not well spoken), check out or even at the shop.

inner pools water was cold. water heater was broken. dry sauna worked partially and wet one was not working at all
