As indicated above, this motel is wonderful, lovely staff, beautiful grounds, lovely presented rooms, good size rooms, great parking BUT if the mattress is cheap/old and uncomfortable then all the lovely and wonderful things are not worth the stay.

The most old or cheap uncomfortable mattresses we have ever slept on.

We provided our own breakfast but we're given milk by Erin.We liked decir,small extra touches,chairs and seats outside,bedside lamp,switch beside bed to turn off light.Very friendly landlady.A great town to explore

We would love to come back for a longer stay.

The room was so clean. All the shops and restaurants are in a walking distance. So convenient.We jut loved everything about our stay here.

Handy place to stop at when passing through!

Huge room and space for all our luggage! easy check in/out and friendly owners. amazing kitchen facilities! very helpful to park directly next to our room.

Noisy between rooms and you can hear the road traffic (even in one of the furthest rooms)

The TV in the rooms are to small, you can't see the picture properly The beds are not very comfortable.

Beautiful, clean & amazing place to stay! With amazing owners & staff!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The staff are very lovely here, the room was more then what we expected, beautiful & clean. Located closely to all shops. Definitely will be coming back for our next trip. Thank you to all the staff & owners @ Asure Kaimai View Motel 😃

A great little mitel. Would happily stay there again.

Only motel in town but had excellent facilities, was really clean and well furnished with great colour coordination. Was really happy with my stay.

Although the room was really warm, the heater was a little noisy, clicking in and out as the temperature dropped. A bit anniying when trying to get to sleep.
