The property needs a good refurbishment!

The environment was very peaceful and calm
We had issues with the running water. The water had a terrible smell which made it difficult to shower or brish pir teeth.

Beautiful location in pine forest, with nice gardens and terraces, nice swimming pool
Lots of bees and wasps, the furniture inside the villas is a bit old.

Matina was an excellent host! She greeted a member of our party who had arrived earlier and allowed her to check in, prior to our arrival. She was very friendly, providing us with everything we needed and more. The villa itself was very spacious and extremely clean and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The shared pool area is fantastic and there is lots of outside green space for games and sunbathing. We couldn’t fault our stay and look forward to another visit.

Matina was an amazing host -- she told us everything there was to know about the area. At the time of the storm that hit Halkidiki during our stay, Matina provided us with everything we needed.
The house was in pristine condition; it was very spacious, comfortable and in a great location.
