We loved this apartment and the people, they were happy to help with anything, even doing more than they need, like giving us a late check out which meant a lot. As they say, they love what they do, and do what they love. The garden is beautiful and relaxing, we spent many mornings and afternoons just chilling there and enjoying the atmosphere. Apartment is cleaned 3 times a week, the cleaning lady does a great work and she's also such a nice person and very considering of your privacy.

Not the owners fault, of course, but we thought it might be important to someone. If you plan to walk or bike through this neighborhood, be prepared that there might be a dog or two running and barking at you, circling around you until you leave this street. There's more of them at nights and early mornings. They never bit us or anthying, but did scare us more than few times. If you're renting a car, you'll have no problem with this.

Brisas Studio was the perfect spot for my husband and I. We travel to Aruba about twice per year. This particular trip was special because we got married. we were staying in a Villa with many friends and family and we chose Brisas for the night before and of our wedding. The space was immaculate. The water was hot for showering, the bed was comfy, and the blackout curtains were appreciated! The gardens were lovely. The location was perfect. We were greeted and showed around - and given a bottle of wine on our first night. On the night of our wedding we came home to find a bottle of Champagne and rose petals. Such a sweet touch! We will be back!

I like the fact that it was so comfortable and so convenient in terms of the amenities as well as the overall atmosphere, for a very very reasonable price. The landlady that assisted me was very very friendly. If I do go back to Aruba, I might at least seriously consider staying here again.

There was nothing that was not to my liking honestly, nothing mention-worthy.

We spent a wonderful week at Brisas! The apartment was quiet and set in a separate bungalow with a big porch and shared garden and well equiped kitchen (we didn't cook). Housekeeping 3 times per week was efficient, plenty of high quality towels and beach towels included. There were also snorkeling gear, beach chairs and coolbox provided. The room could be darkened with shades and blackout curtains, which was important for us and there were 2 separate A/Cs. The very nicely renovated and convenient bathroom was a highlight. Communication with our host was easy on Whatsapp. Thank you for this nice week on Aruba!

The people (owners, hostess, cleaning lady) were all lovely and so nice. The atmosphere was perfect and the rooms were great.

The only reason we didn't give a 10 out of 10 was because the beds were too hard.

Snorkel set, beach towels, beach chairs all included in the stay. Not super far from the beach, and nice area to chill in the shade.

Some barking dogs in the area, especially after sunset.

The studio apartment was cozy and located minutes from the beach and restaurants, Freddy & Marlon are extremely helpful, I’m making plans to visit Aruba in the next couple of weeks again with my girlfriend this time !!!! see you soon Freddy & Marlon

Everything was perfect during our stay. The place itself is so comfortable and cosy, friendly hosts and small amazing patio and hammock. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thank you :) Highly recommend for all tourists!

Super clean, impeccable, 4-star quality at 2 star price. Apartment was fully equipped, modern and beautiful. Loved the private tropical courtyard. Wonderful manager Marlon. Quiet area yet within sight of Riu Hotel. Easy drive to Super Foods, Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Aruba was friendly and safe; and drivers were courteous with little traffic on the road.

everything was perfect about our stay. we had a lovely Appartment with the nicest porch to sit on and relax in the hammock. I particularly liked all the little details from beach towels to snorkeling gear that was prepared for us. The Rezeption by Marlon too was very nice and we even enjoyed a late check-out free of charge. we were sad to leave and would love to come back soon.

Really great place where to spend holidays! The apartment was very comfortable and we had an amazing balcony where we spent a lot of time. The host was very kind and helpful. We received much more that we expected for a very low price. Really raccomanded.

Brisas is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday in Aruba. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and we really felt at home. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook a proper meal and Freddie, the owner, is always more than willing to let you borrow a barbecue unit if you feel like grilling. The bed is super comfy and the garden is full of lush plants – including the best mango tree on the island – to sit and relax in the shade. We were there in July and ate all the freshest mangoes we could handle. The apartment is cleaned 3 times per week and was always spotless (masha danki Adelsa!). It also comes with 2 A/C units (and you will need them if you go to Aruba in the summer …). Freddie and his wife live next door (with Lola, the softest, fluffiest dog in the whole Caribbean); both are super friendly and always ready to help, but never intrusive. And if you need any advice on any Aruba-related matter, Marlon has all the details, tips and tricks. You’re the best Marlon! Plenty of convenience stores, restaurants and other shops available 5min away on foot. You couldn’t ask for a better combination of people and accommodation; highly recommended!

Not really a negative but the nearest beach (which is also one of the nicest beaches on the island) is approx. 20min away on foot. We knew this when we made the booking and rented a car that we used for sightseeing all over the island. Bear this in mind if you do not feel like walking or you don’t have a car.

Such a great stay! It was great chatting with all the friendly staff whenever they were around. What a Great location. Walkable to some really good local food spots (Old Cunucu House” is awesome) and super short drives to other restaurants and shopping areas as well. There are markets all over, so if you need anything you can easily walk or drive to get it. Also a plus, they have towels, chairs, and snorkel gear all ready for you to bring to the beach!

My ONLY feedback…. and it’s getting very nit-picky…. It would be nice to place some felt stickers in the cupboards to prevent the loud bangs when they close. It is a small studio, so it’s hard to do anything in the kitchen when someone is still sleeping.

Marlon was a great host! Appartment got cleaned by a very nice lady almost every other day. Location is perfect. No pool, but who needs a pool when there are so many beaches around. Airco was good and easy parking. Very safe and relaxed spot with a lot of privacy.
