L'emplacement, le personnel très accueillant, le petit-déjeuner était super. À 5 minutes de la plage.

Le bruit ! Il n'y a pas d'insonorisation dans les chambres. Il serait bien de préciser qu'il y a une crèche dans l'hôtel avec un jardin d'enfant. Vous êtes réveillé dès 7h du matin....

The place was generally very nice and relaxed, with comfortable rooms, a nice spacious terrace and a lovely communal garden with a pool. It's in a very nice quiet part of Carcavelos, just around the corner from the train station, beach, shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and have everything you could need. Sara the receptionist was wonderful and so helpful when we checked in, and was always there to answer any of our questions. A lovely place to stay, great value for money, and I will stay there again for sure!

Just around 8 min walk to the beach, 3 min to supermarket and many restaurants. Very clean apartment, friendly staff, solid breakfast.

Sun loungers at the pool and on the terrace a bit uncomfortable, didn't find andy cushions.

Awesome staff, clean and comfortable rooms, basically we wouldn't have changed anything. Me and my girlfriend had a great time and we will be coming again. :)

The garden with turtles and birds and pool. You are supporting a good cause.

The staff is sometimes a bit unfriendly and confused. The Kindergarden downstairs is a little bit loud during the week.

Breakfast was cold and warm, including egg, butter, honey, jam, fruit, tee, coffee, juice, cake, ... and is served around 08:00 Room was cleaned every day (without us asking them). One small towel in the bathroom, though, which was used by my husband, was never touched or replaced during our stay, which was a little strange. There was a mini fridge in the room (it was a little noisy though). There was no shampoo in the shower when we arrived which they filled up when we asked them. The train station is less than 10 minutes away, and if there's no strike (there was a nationwide train strike during our stay in Lisbon), they come every 20 minutes, I think, and it takes about 25 minutes to get to Cais do Sodré train station. The staff is nice and welcoming, especially, Sara (?) who helped me understand an announcement in Portuguese issued by the Comboios de Portugal (CP) about a rail strike. There are Riviera shopping center and many restaurants and locals around.

Room and bathroom facilities were clean but they need to be renovated, generally. (There were rust spots on the shower bar.) My husband though the liquid soap in the bathroom was kind of diluted.
