Location is perfect. Very close to Rho's city center, and easy to get to other places. Sergio is a very polite host and helped us with everything we needed.
It's a detail but parking is not always that easy, because it's on the (busy) street.

The facilities in the apartment - notably including a washing machine. The host was also very supporting in arranging for travel to the apartment when public transport was challenging (strikes, etc)
It is outside Milan and when public transport isn't available, travel becomes a problem.

Great appartment, perfect communication with the owner for arranging arrival/departure, nice flexibility w.r.t. slight change of arrival time. Place to be recommended!
Breakfast is a bit basic ... but this can hardly be different in a standalone appartment.

The residence is near to Fiera Milano Rho. The host was really helpful and interested about the quality of our staying. We could find him any time by calling or texting him. Highly recommended, especially if you have to move everyday to Fiera.
