EL servicio de desayuno malo, poca variedad y mala atención. Cerca del hotel hay una mesquita y a toda hora el llamado a rezo despierta a todo el vecindario, deberían insonorizar mejor las aberturas para que no se escuche

-Location was perfect for a walk to the mall close by. Decent rooms.. Staff are excellent. Good beds.
- Bad quality towels, and we got a smoking room due to availability. And everything including suitcases smells of cigarette. Breakfast quality can be improved.

Property ok but the booking.com misleading & not provide accurate info on types of rooms offered. Thus, at the end I paid higher price but not getting the no of beds as per booking (3 beds)

My second stay and it was still good experience except the washing machine was broken when I tried to wash twice!
The washing machine was broken twice and wasn't able to wash my clothes.

For some reason, i was assigned a smoking room. I tried to request for a non-smoking room but to no avail. Was up whole night trying to breathe fresh air but the tobacco stain remains strong. Had to turn off the air con from time to time to minimize the tobacco stain.

I have bad experience staying at this hotel , on 1st day 2023 no water at the room only at 8 pm the notice started that the hotel will do someting from 10 pm
to 2 am , from 8 am to 10 pm the hotel do nothing to solve the problem, the hotel should have business continuity or disaster plan or they should have tolerable downtime especially for hospility industry
