The room could be better lit.

Great location. Room was small but functional for 4. Lots of toiletries. Nice garden going down to the river. With kangaroos each evening. Walking paths in the forest opposite the Motel. and along to the center. Lots of toiletries. Tables to sit outside.

Could have had chairs in the garden. Could have been cleaner (especially under the beds)

The price was competitive. The room clean and a couple of complimentary chocolates were waiting for us in the room.

I was under the impression that we could have walked across the road and get a meal for dinner. Sadly the "Bar & Grill" was not much more that a convienance store, Sadly the staff there said they don't open after hours for dinner. Which meant a trip to find somewhere to eat by car. This is not a fault of the accomodation but I include it for reference. The only thing about the accomodation that dissapointed was the water saving shower head. The water jets were so fine they felt like tiny needles hiting the skin, and it didn't seem to wet me enough.

Very handy location. Cafe and gelato next door, waterfalls across the road. You can book a room next to someone and socialise outside on the veranda together.

Was very cheap so was not expecting too much but upon arrival was pleasantly surprised. The easiest, fastest check-in and out ever, a lovely welcome, a chocolate placed on each bed with the towels and individual care products. Complimentary drinks, coffee and breakfast cereal. Very clean, great location. Usually stay in 4 stars plus but all the places I have stayed in in Australia need to stay here a night to learn how to do it properly.

Needs more car parks. Website needs to say it has step not all rooms are suitable for disabled. Steep driveway to walk up if you have to park down the other park

The motel's location gave us easy access to all the local tourist attractions and restaurants. The garden in front of the motel was quaint and added a soothing calmness to our stay up on the mountain

Great location, close to the rainforest walk, cafe, ice cream shop. The owners were friendly and welcoming.

The room smelt damp and musty. It also needs a deep clean - there was a lot of dust on top of the wardrobe / cabinetry. The air con filters really need cleaning too.
