As our room was located on the top floor, we had many, many steps. The slanted roof cramped the toilet area.

The interior studio that they gave us had a view of noisy interior patio where people ate their breakfast and children played. Also the walls are very thin so u can also hear peole from other rooms.

flats at 1st floor were no sound-proof. there’s a restaurant downstairs with music until midnight (2 am on Sat) and we were unable to sleep

Perfect position to visit Lisbon Small but comfortable and clean flat, perfect for a family of 4 people; closeness to metro station Courtesy and kindness of the staff (especially Mrs Isabel)

Very convenient location! Lovely inside, very cool design, very clean, helpful lovely staff. Lady was very attentive, gave us good advise and support too. Easy to access, park outside for little ones. Lovely dinning opposite.

Excellent location, with a wonderful balcony (Penthouse) and a view of the square in front. Host before the stay was very attentive, pointing out the stairs (which we knew, and liked - for the view), and helped a lot by receiving a volume before our arrival. Clean room and well equipped kitchen.

When we arrived, the room password was not correct, and we accessed it when going to get someone to enter the room. In the bathroom, the shower had a problem, where only the showerhead worked (very bad). Even warning the host, we had no solution - and I had to improvise with duct tape to be able to continue with the baths (we stayed 5 days). In addition, the drain was a little clogged, causing water to accumulate on the feet during and after the shower. Cleaning and garbage collection only takes place every two days, and we didn't know that. I believe that communication (there is a channel) can improve, as we questioned the above points, and just a few days later he returned to me.

I liked that they gave us access code for the main door and our bedroom as this made it very easy to come and go. Nobody had to remember the key! It was also useful as we arrived later in the evening. The facilities at the apartment are great. The kitchen is modern and well equipped (2 ring electric hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer space). The decoration is modern and very chic. It really is a beautiful space! You can tell the interior is fitted to a very high standard. We had a few small issues with our flat, however, Isobel and her team were really responsive and fixed everything for us quickly! We could walk to most things in the city from this location. In fact, we were often surprised at just how close to everything we were. There are some nice bars and restaurants close to the flat, but on the otherside of the building so don't cause too much noise. There is a beautiful brunch restaurant 2 doors up from the flat. I would recommend this! They did fabulous scrambled eggs, with avacado on toast!

I am not sure if we were perhaps just unlucky or if this is a 'Lisbon' thing. We had 4 of us staying in our room and we found that there wasn't enough hot water to go around - meaning more often than not, 2 of us had cold showers. By accident, the power to the flat was tripped / cut off, so this did turn the boiler off and then back on again. After this, there seemed to be more hot water available. The flat could also benefit from a full length mirror.

I would say apartamens are in good location, and close to apartament are nice cafes and bars. Of course is the most expensive area in Lisboa. So prices are more higher compared to other places.

We was staying in ap. 11 so it was in the last floor with a lot of stairs. To take our baggage to apartment was challenging. Good if you have only hand luggage, but if not, Not recommended this apartments. Also it's not clean, expecially in the bath. In the pictures inside yard look better than in reality. In the end I think I would give 7/10.

shower head fixation was not properly adjusted (kept moving down), shower water not draining well, entrance door difficult to open - little things easy to fix for a perfect stay

The restaurant downstairs as well as late arriving guests were noisy at night.

No lift or elevator . Hard work to get luggage to 3rd floor.

the property was in excellent condition! extremely clean, and well maintained room. The property owner Isabel is very polite and took extra time to help my friend with the third party luggage delivery service to coordinate misplaced luggage from her flight. we feel very lucky to have secured such a polite, and clean apartment for our first time in Lisbon, Thank you!

if anything, they may want to consider detergents that are scent-free. but with that said, the linens, towels, and couches are exceptionally clean
