Everything! The host was the nicest person!

B&B was super nice and clean. Pancrazio, Giorgia and her mom made us feel like home. They are all super funny and welcoming. Breakfast is superb, we loved it!

It was a cute appartment and very clean. Everything you need is present and if there was something you needed, Sanny and Pancrazio took imediate care. We had a lovely time. The owners take care of their guests with lovely passion.

Unfortunately the toilet seat gave up and broke during our stay. Due too the high price (€160,-) the owner suggest us too pay for the wooden seat. I thought it was a lot to pay for something that broke without irregular usage. As we came to an agreement of paying part of it, we were later on able to solve the matter with our insurancy agency and nobody was left with annoying costs.

perfect host! very good place to stay near the beach

The breakfast was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and they gave us something different every day. The room felt so homely and the facilities so welcoming! Most importantly the staff! So friendly, so helpful and so kind. Even chatting to them is part of the experience. It shows that what they do, they do it from the heart.

One of the best accomodation I ever had!! Very nice hosts :) Sanny and Pancrazio were very welcoming, they explained everything about the neighbourhood, always cheerful :) Best coffee for breakfast. Great and every day different breakast. The style of the apartement was between modern and classic, very good taste! The kitchen and the bathroom were both well equipped. Finally I could sleep like a baby (best pillows), loved the noise of the trains :) Thank you for everything :)

the mattress was hard. the train goes on 3 meters from your window and it runs also during the night.

wonderful nicely decorated B&B. Very friendly hostes. Lovely breakfast with homemade cakes. Close to the beach. Lokal bus just outside that took us to Taormina and to the AirPort. We highly recomend this place.

This was the best accomodation we could choose. Owners are really nice and friendly, will recomend many things to do or to see. It was so clean and it smelled so good everywhere! And the breakfasts? Splendid! Beach is just around the corner. We loved every second we spent there. I recomend this very much!

Everything was amazing, we had an awesome experience starting from the facility which was nice, and clean. The location is very good, the beach is 2 minutes walk with many restaurants around. The breakfast was super tasty and delicious. The owners Mr. Pncrazio and Mrs. Sanny were super kind and made us feel like home. If wanna visit Taormina I highly recommend this place. Super nice hosts and a beautiful room. The breakfast was amazing, as it changed everyday. The sea is only one minute away and the bus and train Stations are nearby. Thanks for everything. We've had a great time staying at your place!

For sure next time I'll be around Taormina I'll stay in this place!!! The room was perfectly clean and cosy. The whole buliding is beautiful. You can see how the hosts care about every detail, The location is great because the bus from Taormina stays just right next to the house. The city, Giardini Naxos, is beautiful and safe no matter what time, You can walk around during the night or go see the sunrise. The breakfast the host made was royal breakfast.

Everything! Pancrazio is such a grate person, I loved his humor and jokes 😁, the breakfast is amazing and we hope to visit Invito al viaggio in our next trip to Sicily. Grazie Mille!

Everything was exceptional, from hospitality, comfort and house decor to breakfast and location. It really feels like a home away from home. 10+/10 indeed.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, the house was newly renovated and the furniture was new, the decorations were beautiful and were chosen by the host, the rooms were big, and we had all the facilities that we needed, the rooms were cleaned daily (bed sheets, towels, they even arranged the pillows , they vacuumed the floor) which is a huge thing even for hotels. The location is great, the bus station that goes directly to the airport (also to Catania Center, and other touristic locations) is right in front of the house, and is very cheap. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, also the beach is very close ( just over the road) and is good for swimming (even for small children). The breakfast was amazing (not kidding!) the food is all homemade, it is fresh and is made with quality ingredients by the host (she is very talented, and she cooks traditional dishes) we had to choose between sweet, mix or salty (we chose mix) we also had water, juice and coffee and the food served was more than enough as quantity ( I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I had in a vacation). The hosts were absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed, they gave us indications about different locations, restaurants which were useful as it was our first trip in Sicily. Overall we were pleasantly surprised with this staying and I am sure that it was a better choice than a hotel. P.S. This property and hosts really deserve all the great ratings that they receive!

I can honestly say that there is absolutely nothing that I or my family disliked. From the location, to the house and our lovely hosts, everything was over the top. We felt like home and for sure we will come back in our next vacation :)

The best B&B in Giardini Naxos and I can bet in the whole of Sicily. Wonderful hosts who make your holiday better with their attitude. Good location - about 4 km from beautiful Taormina. Right below the house bus stops to Taormina or directly to Catania (also to the airport). A few meters away there is a beach, and all around there are quite good and cheap restaurants. The guest house is about 2 km from the centre of Giardini, so its quiet at night. Excellent breakfasts - daily dose of delicious coffee, local products, wonderful pastries and the wonderful homemade orange marmalade made by hostess ;) Cleanliness - 10/10 The rooms are cleaned daily and the whole house is clean and fragrant, which you notice as soon as you step through the door. Yes, there is a train passing right behind the house. But during the day it doesn't bother at all and at night about 2 trains pass by. After 2 days of stay it becomes part of the permanent landscape and you get used to it. Sanny and Pancrazio - Grazie! Wish you all the best. Na zdrowie! Marcin i Zuzanna :)

The holidays were too short :)

The house were we stayed was amazing and very clean. Breakfast was super delicious. Our hosts were super caring and warm to us. At one point we felt like they were family to us. They always helped us with everything and more. The beach was like 50 meters away from the house. And the traffic was super easy, because the busses and the trains go everywhere you want. We really reccomend this place to everyone.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

I like a lot the the decoration style of the house. Very cosy and comfortable, with attention to details. Feels like a home, not a guest house. Our host was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was very good, with home made pastries, served on a sunny terrace. We found parking next to the house, but they also have parking in a garage or in front of the house, by request. It's a bus station right in front of the door, and you can take the bus to Taormina center. It's about 15 min trip. Also, a nice sandy beach is near - Lido Sayonara. Thank you so much!

Fantastic place. Sanny and Pancrazio are the best hosts we have met ever. Welcome vine bottle from them was a nice suprise for us. Pancrazio answed all our questions and helped a lot. It is a minute walk to the beach. Bus stop is just in front of the doors. Very close to Taormina - 10 minutes by bus. Apartmens are very nice, clean, spacious. Brekfast in 3 floor terrace was superb. We would recomend this place to all travelers. We had fantastic 4 nights stay and will come back next time.
