The management, more than anything else. We had experienced some issues and they were responsive to our needs, kind an professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

The original property we were supposed to stay at had some unforeseen issues happen the day of our arrival, so the management very graciously moved us to another property instead. They took great care of us.

The appointment was clean and plenty of cleaning supplies available, and plenty of sheets, towels to use and nice to have a washing machine handy.

The appointment was advised with a tv but we couldn’t get the local channels, even though we we paid for tv, found it probably needed a new arial lead as the existing arial we worn out. The shower unit was so old it wasn’t pleasant to use, the bathroom overall needed some re modernisation it was very old but only just acceptable for use. There was no toaster we use the oven toaster but it was very slow.

Host was fantastic and went above and beyond all expectations. Photographs do not do this compact but smart property credit. Ideal for a couple wanting a truely relaxing holiday in ideal location. Would 100% recommend this property and location.

our guests were elderly and couldn’t manage the stairs. despite the fact that the property was non refundable when we explained this to the owners they agreed to refund after the first night. they were available late at night and responded until the situation was sorted. fantastic service!

Apartment with a outdor parking in a closed apartment community, apartment has good internet, has some kitchen facilities, television and a washing machine. Has comfortable bed in bedroom.

There could be more kitchen facilities in the kitchen also apartment could have dish washing machine for this price. Also it would be wonderful to have more furniture with a shelves, where guests could put their dresses.
